Sounds like an interesting day Clarky. I'm sure no coincidence we, over here on this side of the pond, say the best place to people watch is at Walmart, because of all the absurdities they seem to do. I think there's even a website called people of Walmart.

Yesterdays back:
Hammer pullover machine: 2 warmups, 2 working, fucking heavy with 6 plates and 2 halfs for 6.
Straight arms pulldown: 1 feeler, 1 working double drop. 30 sec rests since the hammer pullover. Sweat starts to pour while everybody else complains about cold...
BB row: 2 feelers, 1 working
Cable row neutral grip: 1 feeler, 2 working, last with 3x drop. Explosive push from the arms, no swing, hold and slow release compressing the lats.
Pannata high row: 2 feeler, 1 working double drop. Heart rate wouldnt come down.
DB shrugs to finnish, last set with 3x drop.
Today, just abs and 30 minutes stair machine. Shiet, gonna have bloody nightmares with stairs

Took the last 2 days off, shoulders have been a b!tch. Spent some unwanted quality time wih a sledge hammer and a torch working on a seized extruder screw and barrel. That kind of upset my shoulders.
I rumble rolled and stretched delts both nights. Think I'll be back at it tomorrow night.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Well I'm nice and rested so back and hams for me today! Getting 'fed and watered, too! Then gym time!

I'm still alive in my infection of death. I hate being inside for this long its a pain. I still don't feel any better I think the doc hasn't given me enough steroid anti inflams or penicillin

Also my anedoctal evidence, my wife was with throat infection, had to take antibiotics. Although I also got it, it was a lot milder, and I could notice an improvement over night from taking NAC before bed.
As a disclaimer, I always have to say that you guys should buy, and take all precautions, to get non-oxidized NAC, specially if kidney stones runs in your family.

Personnaly I consider NAC to be more of a whole body support than just liver. NAC is a glutathione precursor, glutathione is produced in the liver but used in the entire body.
Funny that UDCA also acts more on the gall bladder than the liver, although by improving the bile blow it will always indirectly help the liver.
In short, take both if you can.
About quantities, Im still not convinced by Numbere to take more than 1200mg a day, although the past weeks some days took 1800mg cause of the flu and infections, etc. On the study above 600mg was enough to " suggest that a short period of NAC supply (i.e., 2-4 months) at the dose used may lead to prolonged strengthening of immune defence..." .

Yes, I don't get sick very often. Everyone in my house has been sick a couple times over the past couple months and I haven't gotten anything much. I've felt a little under the weather here and there, but it was very short-lived. Like a day, two tops.

2w(80s) for 10-12 reps straight down shins
- lying leg curls
Pyramided up to 2 heavy sets 8/6+ 3 drops
Ended with extensions heavy
2w 7-8reps.... 1 drop
