Standing smith machine calf raises 4 sets 6-8 reps all to positive failure
Weighed Chins 5,5,5,5,4+negative
Straight arm pullovers 1 set to positive failure 10 reps
Dumbbell rows 3 straight sets 9,8,7
Shrugs, lighter weight slow reps 3 sets 10,10,9
No problems with the bicep, bonus.

Morning fellas, chest has a wee ache so most likely doms as always with chest. The weather is bad up here big guy so not a chance of the snow up here. It's blowing a gale and pissing down.

My arms are completely useless lol... hit some new weights on preachers yesterday but I'm trying to hit the 65s for 4-6 reps in the upcoming wks... this ex' & hammers truly give thickness and peak I found the exact same bicep machine DY used but it's more of an incline curl but your elbow is tucked deep in the pad and the squeeze and static hold is amazing...
My body is reacting greatly to the Sust/NPP/d-bol(being pulsed) -- with occasional Tren base added(very nice)
Legs today I'll be reporting back but I got time to get fed and watered @ least 2-3x prior to gym
@ Marcus - how long should I go(I know I can make 10days) so would I stop there being there's no sides(like we want when pulsing)? Or try and go to 12-14on 10off -- or just keep it at 10on 7-10off?? Thx as always!Last edited by NACH3; 01-11-2017 at 01:24 AM.

That is exactly when I start feeling them - 12-14 days in... stomach issues halting my kcal intake, and all around upset stomach so... no I don't even want to come close to that(I'd be defeating the purpose of what I'm trying to do)...
Would you match time on with time off - 10on & 10off... or have you done 10on 7off... & how long can I run it say at 10/10(8 wks? Shorter or longer) I'm using UDCA for liver support!

Well, the shoulder niggle is still there, so I think I will stick with the routine below for a few weeks after I start back with the all out HIT. Incline exercises are more painful than flat exercises and presses are more comfortable than flyes, so I'm about positive it's the left anterior that is acting up. Anyway, I feel like I stimulated the pecs pretty good, although my weights are down a shade? On the plus side, my elbows were killing me too bad to even do flyes on my last chest day so today is progress.
Marcus, the pressing with the hands parallel idea was right on time. It hits differently and gives me an option to add in. In my mind I kind of pictured a reverse row starting wider and then arcing inwards a tad and the movement worked out well, so much appreciated! It is very much like a machine movement I used to do years ago, but damned if I can recall the name of the machine.
Kept moving steady tonight w/ very little breaks.
RC exercises and broomstick stretches
Incline flyes- 2 w/u, Work1- 10+ reps. Drop weight. Work2-8 reps
Incline press- 2 w/u, Work1-7 reps. Drop weight.; Work2-8 reps. Drop weight. Work3 w/ hands parallel- 6+ reps.
Flat flyes- 2 w/u, Work 1-5 reps. Drop weight. Work2-7 reps.
Flat press- 2 w/u, Work 1-1+ rep. Drop weight. Work2 -6+ reps. Drop weight. Work3 w/ hands parallel- 8+ reps.
Wrist curls w/ a dry Oly bar- palms up and palms down to failure.

Off to the docs today. I have been kinda feeling odd every now and then for the last few weeks. But woke up this morning like a train has hit me.

Well legs didn't go as planned..... at all! Have a 'wee niggle' in the quad I partially tore last yr.... it always happens on the eccentric part of the movement?! Tried leg presses - nada... it's not that bad but was bad enough to make me really Hun shy on getting to parallel/or just b4 even... pissed!
So.... I stayed and hammered my traps and rear delts for a fill in day! Gotta get these rears stronger! And really want my delts to POP(Q-tip delts ).
Lots of RC ex's(internal & external rotations etc) light side laterals/front raises
Traps
- wide grip BB Shrugs - focusing on pulling shoulders back then shrugging up(30sec in between sets)
Pyramided up to 405
4x 315 12-15treps to failure
1x 356 12 failure
1x 405 10 but had to RP 2x -- dropped 315/8-10/225x 15 +RP 7
- face pulls w/leg up pulling as high as possible!
2w failure w/3 drops failure
- shorter straight Oly bar off hyper machine wife grip for rear delts(off hyper machine to work & stabilize core & low back
-rev pec dec s/s w/side laterals
1w 2 drops each to failure
DB Shrugs
1w 3drops to failure

Yeah we were suppose to get a couple inches of snow! But only got a lil and the high winds blew it off my hill.COLD as hell the last few days and now it's going too 49 and 50 tomorrow.Hit my chest n tris today not tearing it up yet coming back slow but staedy.Need someone like Nach too give me a push and whip me up some eggs I am hungry as HELL!

What's up guys? Broke my fvcking thumb last night taking the trash out, hit the first step in my backyard and went tumbling down. Hit my leg and my ass, and tried to break the fall I think with my thumb. I've got a stabilizer on it right now and it hurts like a mofo. Obviously going to impact the gym someway somehow but I'm gonna get in there today and test the waters a little bit. I'm pretty pissed about it, and disappointed, but nothing I can do at this point.
