Training is going well. Consistent and feel pretty good. Will be 40 next month. Back recently from a bit of a hiatus myself.

Kids are great, older daughter a sophomore in college and younger one a freshman in HS. Good kids and proud of them.

Little guy is in kindergarten wow.. it's been a while bro I'm thinking almost a couple years. Lots of guys will be happy to see you back.

No problem, Nach. You can always put a vent pin in the stopper if youre worried about the vial cracking. I've never had one crack (yet), but a vent pin wouldn't be any worse than pushing in air before you draw your dose with a syringe.

Slowly getting my sh!t together. Will be going to lift before work here in a bit. Been almost a monsoon here, but it had slacked up a bit. How it holds because I don't really feel like swimming down to the shop. Hard to believe the air was full of smoke from upper SC/lower NC being on fire just a few weeks back.

Oh, dang. Not to jinx you, but the last time I got food poisoning, that was one of my worst symptoms and the only thing that cleared it up was a run of Cipro.
After I finished the Cipro, I made sure to throw some plain Greek yogurt into my diet to get some good bacteria reestablished. Now, I eat a cup regularly

Decent lift tonight for a pullback. Still raining like a madman here. Someone rolled their car right at where I work. Stopped to make sure they were G2G, but managed to get to work on time.

Incline d'bell curl- 2 w/u, Work1- 6 reps. Drop weight. Work2- 8 reps.
Preacher curl off back of incline bench- 1 w/u, Work1- 6 reps. Drop weight. Work2- 8 reps
Close grip cable curls- Work1- 6 reps. Drop weight. Work2- 7 reps. Slow 5 count positive and negative on both sets.
Seated concentration curls- Work- 6+ reps.
Close grip Smythe press- 2 w/u, Work1-4 reps. Drop weight- Work2-6 reps. Drop weight. Work3- 5 + reps.
Triceps pressdown w/ bent handle- 1 w/u, Work 1- 7 reps. Drop weight. Work 2- 8 reps.
Ez curl skullcrushers @ a moderate weight- 7 good reps.
