Fvvvck. Another long shift and was on the go the whole.time. Had to resort to 2 whey shakes, ~ 50g of plain shredded wheat, and 3 oz. of almonds for nutrition. Not ideal but better than nothing.
Getting ready to eat some real food and then I'm headed to screen saver mode. Will catch up with y'all later.

Question. I've never done Raises with the palms up. What is the benefit and where does that target? And are you doing the palms up on the Front Raises as well?

PS you should have been done in 45 min. You're looking at yourself in the mirror too much.

    Lol...

I only do the front raises with palms up however you could start you could s/s your side laterals you could start with your palms out & bring bells together but as you go up rotate them palms out(waiving bye)right after your leaning side laterals... I used to do that b4 I hurt my shoulder which was very long ago lol

Front raises w/palms up(EZ Bar) hit the anterior deltsbut a slow negative hits the rear delts moreso that palms down imho... both work well

Ok. Strange question. For the past two days I'm getting the hiccups 5-6 times a day. They come out of nowhere and stop out of the blue. Lasting 15-40 minutes. Any insight on this ? It's beginning to drive me crazy.

I haven't since 2013, alcohol shuts me down hard. Beer also got gluten in it and that's a problem, must try some gluten free alternatives.

Are you getting bad heartburn too??

I know Tren plays a role with your acidity level in your gut - i.e.; bile I believe. & producing more bad acid as opposed to the good! I take Prilosec but I've heard glutamine helps as well(or something of that nature) I'll have to look it up... but I'm the mean time I'm thinking someone like BB numbere & obviously Kel would know)?

Ok so pics are kinda a motivator for me. Strength has gone down a good amount since injury and taking time off. Not close to most of you guys in strength anyways. But my goal is to be back to it in a couple months. First week of heavy this week.

Heartburn has nothing to do with bile, bile comes from liver, going through gallbladder that acts as a "deposit" for it, into the small intestines to help digest fats.

Heartburn is from acid produced in stomach going up the esophagus, maybe you guys have already hiatus hernia, which is when the sphincter at end of esophagus (door to stomach) gets basically destroyed lol
Never had heartburn from tren .

Nexium or prilosec (esomeprazole or omeprazole) lower the stomach acid, and on the other hand can make it difficult the absorption of certain nutrients. For example iron, which leads to anemia, its is common to find anemia in esomeprazole users.

If you dont have hiatus hernia please use this drugs only if necessary.

I used to have heartburn, about 10 years ago I found out that it was dairy and specifically milk ingestion that caused it. Stopped drinking milk and almost never have heartburn now. Maybe theres something in your diet that its causing it, taking nexium or prilosec is just patching something probably caused by another thing.

What about the hiccups? They are back. I'm miserable.

I have acid reflux. They thought I had esophageal cancer til they scoped me.

    Hiccups are harmless.

Might be from the tren . Last tren cycle I had an ab muscle twitch for prolonged periods, if instead of the ab muscle it affects your diaphragm (which is also a muscle) you will have hiccups. Its a nervous system glitch, so if its the tren its his effects on the brain.

Harmless. But a pain in my ass. PI've run tren a bunch. Never had this problem. If it's tren I'm dropping it. This is ridicules.

Tren is the only compound that effects me with acid reflux... and like your talking about too!

Thanks BB! I knew you'd be on point - yeah totally forgot about the gullbadder and bile(making me look dumb man lol) I have been in omerprazole(Prilosec) when need to in past but im trying ranitidine as studies are showing dementia related symptoms over prolonged use of Prilosec - taken for decades daily my docjust showrd one to me from pubmed last check up!

Might be from the tren. Last tren cycle I had an ab muscle twitch for prolonged periods, if instead of the ab muscle it affects your diaphragm (which is also a muscle) you will have hiccups. Its a nervous system glitch, so if its the tren its his effects on the brain.
BB I knew you would be one of the ones to answer this. Very knowledgeable.

May I ask what field of work you do? Or is it you are just well rounded ?

Tren is a progestin and just like (too much) progesterone can slow down gastric emptying and overall GI motility plus impair normal gallbladder activity, it is not of surprise the reports of acid reflux.

Haven't had that since late teens btw.

Up in plenty of time to lift, but my posterior delts are hurting pretty bad. Going to do some light band work here in few and then load them.up with Voltaren cream.
I don't know why shoulders have become an issue lately, maybe my last pullback should've lasted longer. One day the pain is anterior, then it goes away for a few days, then the anteriors start to piss and moan. Surely I'm not getting old?
Supposed to be off tomorrow ( Friday) night, so will hit shoulders and traps then. Maybe when I go for the deep tissue work next week, I'll ask her to focus on delts first, then the remainder of the time she can work on my my back and hams if there is enough time.
Probably ask the wife to roll my delts with a roller and a baseball in the morning, then beat the hell out of.me with a rolling pin.

My.grandmother used to pick a few leaves of mint and have me chew them when I would get the hiccups.
It didn't work every time, but it would often do the trick. Not sure how it worked, I guess it got your mind focused on something besides the hiccups.

No problem in that department. I got a pair of Clydesdale horshoes on the back of each arm and soft balls on the opposite side.

    Jk. They are noodles
