BTW, did my stress echo cardiography test on Tuesday. It confirmed all my suspicions that cardio sucks big time. The running was horrible. Why on earth do people run? I also learned my sneakers sucked for it as well, I blame them. Only highlight was the two nurses were quite cute. it wasn't fair though, I had my shirt off but they kept theirs on. I called a foul. They laughed. I didn't see the humor.
Edit to say I thought I was going to die.

Morning all! I am still here. The stone (named Bam Bam) is back. The pain subsided for a couple days, I really thoughts maybe I passed it in the night, BUT it's back and it's VERY painful. Had a rough night sleeping. Went to the gym. As I told Cape. I HAVE TO GO TO THE GYM. It's the only thing that keeps me sane. I have huge personal things going on, so I will be in and out of the forum, but know I am killing it in the gym as much as possible. I need to write my new routine today and tomorrow.
I think I am going to do what Cape suggested and do:
Chest/Bi
Quads
Back/Tri
Hamstring/Glutes
Shoulders
Any ideas on what to add would be AWESOME!
I am switching my job, not expected after such a long time here, but there is just too much negativity for this bouncy happy go lucky girl.....so moving on up and out, on to happier places. I have to wear suits again, blah.....will miss my athletic clothes daily!

I tend to agree w/Cape - I'd suggest back on its own it's our second biggest muscle group to legs(and give your body a break between the two it's way to taxing on your CNS... you'll burn out quickly imo try delts/tris instead and that's what a lot of people in here do
I follow the above but also will change back and forth to an arm day(bi/tri) <-- love working them together! Just a thought
