I have not... but it's looking like next yr that way I can gain weight then have something to cut lol -
I'd love to do one I'm just worried about my ROM flexibility and my inability to pose w/the ROM I have(or actually don't have) in my R shoulder - we'll see what type of show I'd be able to do and one I want to do - not physique I don't have those longer muscles like the ones who are always on the top - classic physique may be gtg tho?!

Ill be PMing Marcus Kel & youet get that Cape - it's that my shoulder doesn't move like it should it's anchored in position with screws and my R biceps tendon which is holding it where it is... can't make a muscle w/R arm at all but fuk it I'll do my best

You could always model bating suits?
I know you have limited mobility in some areas but a coach should be able to show you how to work around it or how to present it the best way possible. The way you focused and pushed for our little comp here, you pick a show Date and train like crazy for it you will be a monster. No dout in my mind.

I wouldn't ever question the advice from you guys here because I probably wasn't born and you guys were still lifting, but I have noticed steady increases in strength, and I look a great deal better. I give each muscle about 48 hours to rest. To add, I'm not a noob but my lifts aren't great either. My bench is 240ish, 315 squat and around 415 deadlift. I would say I'm still a novice. To add, my weight is at 195 lbs and I plan to cut to 185 using this method and when I start my bulk, I will cut back to a 3-4 times a week strength program.
If I notice a decline in strength then I'd know I'm losing mass and worry then but if my strength is slowly increasing or even stagnating on this cut, should I sill worry?
I notice my body responds best to more extreme regiments. And I'm also not doing this all just for the purpose of reaching that goal. I genuinely like the gym. It's my hobby and what I look forward to.

Well can't do a lot from phone, but killer hamstring/glute workout.
Did Nach reverse leg lift and omg I am in love. My ass loves you Nach!
I did a lot of super setting.
PB on leg press 500lbs for 2 full, 3 partial.
PB on reverse hack 210 3 clean
Under 1 hrs and I am hoping my ass is sore a little!!!
Also sumo deads after stiff leg

Seated CG rows 1f 2w ( these kill me)
Low pully hammer strength 2w dd (one arm at a time)
Tbar hammer strength under hand grip 3 sets medium weight (these hurt)
Not sure what to call these , but high cable pully. Crossing arms into a lat pull down. Just a little isolated and burn outs.

I do use that similar lift for delts if cable machine is open. Either use the cables for crossing bent over laterals. Or holding them even for a pec/dec movement.
As for lower back I can not perform any movements for it. I have (won't even try spelling the medical term) but it's something very similar to a herniated disc. Except for me my vertebrae is separated. On verge of surgery most likely.
It sucks, back used to be a weak point of mine, and cause of this thread I have made a complete turn around and slowly but surely turning into a strong point. And not hitting lower half is killing me. I have very bad genetics with love handles lol.

Incline db curls 1 working DD **new weight**
Db preacher 2 working 3 neg a side on 2nd off back of bench
Standing db curls 2 working
Incline db skulls 1 working DD
Db kick backs 2 working a side
Dips 2 sets as much as i could get
Done, nice and sore this morning.

Good morning hitters. Got in a nice leg training session last night. Had a hard time moving around this morning but I like it! Means I did it right.... Nice being healthy again and I didn't loose any strength. Here we go

Read a bunch of Marcus's thoughts on about being mentally prepared and not "taking a set off." Had probably the most intense and focused back workout in 15 years yesterday. I had such a good pump going that I had veins popping out in my traps, I've never had that before. I took every rep and every set a bit farther than I thought I could, then went past that by 1 or 2 more reps.

Rev db fly 3 sets. Head on back of bench
Done lol. A know but i really had no time, i still got in there.
