Lol, no insult mate. Not intended anyway.
Wanted as small a cycle as possible so for first 4 weeks
150mg prop (on top of nebido TRT) , 150mg tren a and 40mg var
Last 4 weeks doubled the test and tren (300mg each) kept var the same and added T3 at 50mg per day
So, still a really low dose and low amount of compounds considering it's a competition stack. I'd run the higher dosages for the full 8 weeks next time, probably push it to 10 weeks.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Db rows face down on incline bench 3 sets
Seated row cable 4 sets v bar
T bars 4 sets
Straight arm pd's 2 sets
Done. Good solid session the night.

Meant to ask you, BIB. When you have your IT bands scraped/stripped, do you get a bit of bruising? I have a bit more than I get from deep tissue work.

I lied....just finished chest and bam! I am sore! Pushed the weights a little today. Needed help getting the 40's up for DB press, but for it and was loving the strength!

Ok, I can hit any lifts now as long as I go light. Had my lats scraped today since my IT bands were all bruised up. She wants to wait on the hammies until the IT bands calm down. Still no more shoulder scraping until if is completely resolved. I'd say it is 60-70% improved. I can reach back with my left arm and grab the seatbelt and couldn't do that 2 weeks ago. Still occasional numbness in l.arm but is is decreasing.
90 minutes of deep tissue work scheduled for tomorrow. LOL, I guess it will mainly focus on quads, hammies, calves, and traps.
Headed home. Want to go back to the shop tonight for moderate lifting and I want to nail squats before my massage tomorrow. Will have to do the squats after I get off work, but before my massage. Killed legs yesterday. Literally. They were sore last night already. Been stretching the crap outta my ham's so they don't F with my lower back. So far, so good. Also added in some stiff leg deads with dumbells (lighter) for the first time in a while due to not wanted to hold the weight with my bicep stretched. Strong day.

Rack pulls and good mornings will melt that area(well it has for me in the past) and hell wait 2-3 was b4 posting pics or post some than some more in that time frame BIB I gaurantee you'll make good improvements... your running tren e correct?

Felt much better today and thx fellas for all the support you've given me over the last few days means a lot...
Went in today did chest and was strong we'll see three in some tris to get em going and consistency from here in out is all I need going 12wks I started in decent spot and 6-8 wks hard Fukin core is all I need I'd say due to my shoulder then finish up with more volume work but I'm loving this 6-12 rep range but trying for 8 on first working set if not 10 on certain movements but that's complete failure too!

Been doing rack pulls for several months now but I don't believe in spot reducing. It is what it is, can't do anything about it before Saturday!
Running Ace, does so much better for me than enanthate . Actually had my last tren pin of this blast an hour ago. Always mixed emotions finishing a tren cycle lol.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Pyramided 2plates aside 20+reps/3plates 15reps/4plates 10-12reps/4-1/4 @ 5
Then dropped 3-1/4 @ 8reps/3 @ 4-6reps/2plates 8-10/1plate doing 1&1/2s till failure all reps were taken to halves then 1/4s throughout
-- hammer strength flat with inward squeeze
Pyramided 2plates/3plates/3&1/4 dropped 3plates/2plates/and 1&1/2s again
-- hammer strength decline press
Pyramided 3plates/4plates/4&1/4plates dropped 4plates/3plates/2plates
-- cables low to high hitting upper inner
2w drop high reps
-- push downs v-bar & EZ bar
2w drop - 2w drop
-- rev push downs
2w higher reps 12ish
-- one arm rope ext's high reps focusing on lateral head
2w 20ish reps or failure first with forced reps since it was a unilateral exercise

Yes. Nothing to speak of though just a small rehab type cycle for my bicep. 400 T, 250 Deca about 5 weeks in. Was low dose var @ 20 mgs to help with collagen synthesis but that's done now. First cycle in a year.

Morning all.
Breakfasting on eggs, plain cod fillets, plain white rice and some EVOO. Heading in for a light upper body circuit in a bit. More of a pump up, see how I look on the amount of carbs I'm on. Also do some posing practice in one of the studios.
Travelling later to near where the show is, about 2.5 hours drive. It's where I'm originally from and my mom has a caravan there on the coast where I will be staying. All meals prepped and ready to be packed.
