Voltaren gel seems.to be kicking in. Shoulders don't feel nearly as bad and the cold, dull ache is gone. Ready for this day to be done with, but have a while to go yet.

I bet. The ab muscle twitch was kinda upsetting but nobody would notice, it would contract for hours. Too bad I didnt developed the ability to contract that single ab muscle lol, plenty of practice though hehe
I dont have heartburn anymore (as long I dont take cialis lol) but I still keep ranitidine at hand, which was what would immediately fix the heartburn for about 12 hours.
My mother and father take omeprazole daily, my father just recently been diagnosed with parkinson and slight dementia. Also had complications from light anemia due to low iron. They both have hiatus hernia.
Im unemployed atm, do you need a sous chef?
No, my professional path is completely non related to health. Med school wasn't really an option cause there were not many places available so the necessary grades to get in were about 19.7, of course this was 23 or 23 years ago
Nowadays the information is available, if you have a small background and like to research it is your best bet to have proper health care. It is amazing what we see and hear about in the medical field. Most physicians just follow protocols, not a lot of thought required.
Does your sphincter doesn't work correctly, or is it too much acid production?
Sorry, don't see the correlation between slow motility and acid reflux

Everyone is busy, and sore! I've run out of groups to work this week. Been doubling up with two sessions with a focus on cardio on the second session for the last few days. With the thumb and travel, I haven't been at a good level of intensity and wasn't eating well so felt somewhat slackish.. had to take care of that and not allow myself to slip. Also, Mrs. Igi and I are taking a quick trip to New Orleans tonight through Sunday so they'll be some eating and drinking involved.

Thx BB - I've always went with a double OH grip when possible which is harder and has worked my forearms better plus heavy flys and rev curls no wrap with thumb really works em especially w/EZ Bar - we're allowed chalk which I use on heavy stuff
Thx Cape....well I'd be lying if I said you haven't lol let's rock this MFer!

Morning beasts
Been to the gym and did some arms, killed them and will write it up over the weekend and go into more detail because couple of you like my more in-depth reviews of my training.
A lot of you here are killing it and I feel left behind, my chest, shoulders are suffering the most due to my rc but the rest I'm killing it so will do some waffling soon.
You lot motivate me a great deal and this has to be the most hardcore thread going, its insane

I almost took the elevator down in the gym. But I told my shaky Bambi legs go down the stairs damn it. They didn't like it. Some old lady went around me as I held onto the handrail and shook my way down one stair at a painful time.

Amazing the pump you can get from only 4 working sets from chest.
Had another deep tissue massage this afternoon. I think I wanna fvck my (massage) therapist. Of course that might be the test talking.

I swear it's this funky weather. It's been in the 70s here and and down in the low 20s within the same week. Been avoiding the sick people at work as much as possible. Some.of them just have sinus problems from the temps and I suspect some of.them turn on the heat if the outdoor temps get down in the 50s. However, we have a few that sound like they belong in a

We actually have had a slight population increase in our area. They look dang good on the supper plate but it's so much fun to watch them amd listen to them as well. LOL, one of our past mastiffs, a big boy of about 255#, was fascinated by them. They would be messing around the edge of the scrub and blackberries and he would just walk up.and smell them. They would shuffle off about 2-3 meters and he would walk up to them again and just sniff them
It was funny as fvck because he was very large boned and had a head about the size of 2 bowling balls but was gentle as could be with them. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
