Buddy you got in and did work. That's all that matters. Go to the comp thread and tell Nacho and me what you're going to do to us in July.

Half way through week 9. I can not eat enough to make my belly full. I'm literally hungry all the time. I'm eating like a wild man. Some good some bad but damn I'm eating more than I've ever eaten before. I'm going to go broke. Lol

Also the tweak on my trap doing shoulders yesterday is getting worse. My damn clavicle is hurting. Did I pinch a nerve? This is starting to be a pain in the neck. Pun intended.

Funny I say this. I have complete tingling in my right arm recently. No pain but pins and needles all the time. If I look up it's instant.

    Thinking same thing pinched nerve.

I'm a freaking mess. But I can deal with tingling lol

Check out toracic outlet syndrome, it happen when muscles grows or just get tight the brachial nerve suffers some compression as it travels from spine through the clavicle.

You might need to stretch pectoralis minor and scalene muscles of neck.

Dang, what a night. Just now getting a chance to eat other than a whey shake around 11:30 p.m. I am supposed to be going back to the schedule I was on here in a week or two, which means I'll be lifting a little closer to midnight. With summer coming on soon and no A/C in the shop, the later time should be a tad cooler?
Did manage to get a little stretching done in between breakdowns/jobs and I think I'm ready. We'll find out tonight.
Still have to rearrange a few lifts to incorporate more work on the Smythe machine vs. d'bells, but my shoulders are already feeling a tad better!

That's a great thing on Tren buddy I hear Tren e it's easier to eat then on ace - true?! Want to try a run on Tren e but I love my short esters(in and out) as I'm getting better channeling my mindset for my training...

I believe I developed an eating disorder since running Tren e last fall. It made me eat a lot and appetite remained high after discontinuation, and still is to the present day.

Just to interject my 2 cents here.

I have tried both Ace and Enan here, at low and high doses.

I found I was hungry on both, but I cant say for certain whether that was the Tren , or my increased intensity of workouts that lead to that. I certainly didnt find myself gorging after I came off cycle (any more than usual anyway!)
