Should've allowed my about 10 more minutes and I could've gotten in 1 more set of squats and seated calf raises. I get the raises in w/ legs a few days down the road. Currently going through my old work boots trying to find the least worn out pair to use for squats and leg day/hack squats. The pair I had on tonight definitely wasn't the right pair. Feet kept twisting funny in them.

Broomstick stretches and a some light band work for the shoulders.
    1 set of crunches
1 set of higher rep leg extensions (30+) w/ a warmup weight.

    Dry bar squats- 1x 20
    Plate/side- 1 x 20
    2 plates/side- 1 x 20
    3 plates/side- 1x 12, 1x 10. Think I can get a few more with a better pair of boots.
    2 plates/ side- 1x 20
    Plate/side- 1 x 20

45 minutes. Nothing impressive, but legs are tight as a drum and feel like they are on fire.

Edit: I think my shoulders are improving just a smidge. I was able to bring my grip in just a tad closer than in the past and could get the bar just the tiniest bit lower.

Delts and traps are trashed! Like the first time doing them again it's great I'm getting my energy back(been in a pullback in & out in 30) and it's really helping starting to add in cardio for my prime!

    Kick some arse everyone

    Very nice Cape!

I think I may hit arms short and intense and heavy - then hit legs tomorrow as my R quad feels much better!

I'm just doing what Nacho is telling me to do now. Those over head movements are giving me a lot of growth. I'm liking it.

Legs are completely worthless today. I know yesterday was a good session.

Two completely different ex's and boy do they target that long head! And a nice stretch on the way down just adds to that hard flexion, as well!

Have you ever done the French press with an EZ bar seated(just a slightly different angle and still targets everything the BELLS do) you may get a bigger stretch w/the bells but good to change up every now and then! I liked it when the shoulder allowed me to do so - those two ex's are the bread and butter(and CG bench/& weighted dips w/a dip belt) imho

    Evening soldiers

Have just drawn 250mg of hellas norma test-e and even with 23g pin it took me fucking 2 minutes to empty this damn amp of oil... So insanely thick ... to pin this took about minute and some on top, and I mean I had to push hard. Did legs right after, about 12h after now feels like nothing ever happened there, no pip nothing, gotta be clean and good oil, supposed to be pharma grade after all.

Your experiences with this exact or similar thickness oil?

Ps: I know I should have heated up the oil... Was naive @20 degree room temperature thinking it will slide 23g easily, it was a bitch and a half to deal with

    Sure it's the oil?

I've had issues, probably scar tissue where the pin won't even. Move without force.

    Just my 2 cents

Ok obviously I feel like a cunt but curious if anyone ever had an epidural done???

Been reading a shit ton of reading on it. The numb the area first. Then they inject a volume of dye so the X-ray can show where if the pin is in the epidural space. Then once in they inject the meds. All in all, it's about 10-12ml of solutions going into one area.

    Already have white coat syndrome.

And google has basically fvked me lol. Just looking for anyone with actual experience with it?

Maybe post a thread on it?

I love those. Good to learn the English name for it. I used to call it "seated overhead triceps extensions with EZ bar." Overhead French press is easier.

Btw. I wish you all a good weekend dungeon dwellers.

Love Norma enanthates. It is a tad thick, but I just take my time when shooting it. Never even take the trouble to warm it up? I have a shitload of 20 ga. needles so I always draw with the 20 ga. even from amps.

It will go well, Sfla. As Cape mentioned, it is pretty cut and dried. One of my neighbors had it done last year and he hasn't had any issues since. Think the shot reduced the inflammation enough that it got pressure off of the nerve and things had a chance to heal.
He's a lineman and does a good bit of climbing, ladder work, in and out of a bucket etc. and hasn't had any reoccurring problems
He said once they get the biteguard in and have you strapped to the table, it is all downhill?

Uh, I'm just making the last little bit up to lighten your mood.

    Morning evil people

Yea , I'm sure it's the thickness of the oil. Drawing along was more difficult than injecting, scar tissue is not so much of an issue with longer pins, I'm sure I have some but not that much that it would be an issue.

After all I usually feel all other UGL after pin as a lump deep inside muscle and especially when moving, but not this time which made me wow, honest couldn't tell where it go. Gotta be great purity

Like AG I use a much larger needle to draw, 19g. It does draw quicker if warmed even using that size. It is a bitch to shoot though. No PIP, gotta love pharma.
