Whats up fellas!?
Damn work keeps calling but it's paid off because I've been offered a big promotion. This guy will get schedule preference and a big raise soon..... can't wait.
Still training.... sitting at 265. Just holding more fat than i'd like at the moment but that's due to lack of a steady diet. another week or two and the cardio will resume along with that boring but effective chicken and rice diet.

Morning fellas, did chest last night good session a bit sore this morning.

I was rolling around last night couldn't get comfortable - my traps and delts are killing me(in a very nice way) - sore to the touch actually...

I'm dying to set my home gym up at the new place. Tired of traveling to a damn gym. I actually almost sold my gym and had a guy hounding me via email 3x a week for my inverted leg press. Theyre a hot commodity now lol. I have to reupholster the pad and then it'll be usable again

Know the feeling. Love my little set up. Always looking for more stuff. Currently hunting for a kneeling leg curl dirt cheap. I would not part with my vertical press for anything. Great movement, great machine, half the weight needed of a 45 unit. You'll be surprised I actually joined a local gym for 5 months at the beginning of the year. Insurance money paid for it. I've been a whole 3 times. I don't think I like people anymore. Or they don't like me. Coin toss there.
You going to any of the upcoming shows in your area? Kemper, etc?

Idunno what they're doing out there but hes looking massive. Can't post anything but you may remember who it was. Whats funny is he would never adapt to any other training style. Its his way or the highway.....
He gets to the land of monsters and his whole routine changed. I guess when they produce freak after freak they tend to earn more trust than a guy half of his size lol.
In other news..... my brother in law wanted to try a HIT workout. I broke him in with something that wasn't going to kill him. It killed him haha. He cant imagine going any harder than I had him going but we hadn't touched negatives yet. Had him do the dumbell press routine from the video I posted for you guys when I trained with Ian. After that some machine flys with proper form and then a cable press/fly motion with drops. He was sore for three days.
I need a partner in the gym.... thats another reason why I want mine to be set up. My training partner lives in the same house lol. He wont do HIT himself but he will help me with a spot.
