    So far, things seem to be going in the right direction. In think it's just a matter of drive like hell for the next few weeks and then hit a pullback and run a slightly modified TRT level for 4 weeks or so then pull labs about a month before my next Dr. visit at the end of May to make sure everything is G2G.

    Good morning fella's, I stayed up late watching the UFC last night, then I couldn't sleep and I have a ton of chores to take care of so Im not training today! I cant remeber the last time I took a day off, not even on vacation did I miss a workout. Hopefully this will work to my advantage. So off to clean my rabbit cage, fish tank, take out washer/try to fix and cook. If all goes well do laundry lol

    I just found out this run I'm better off going all out for 6wks open ended but seems to be the mark or a wk to two wks max after... in and out for me... can't wait to hit it again after a prime and then a SBC! 6wks open ended... which I've realized I can do a lot more in 6wks than in 12 wks just my body and mine are really there whereas they/I lose focus on wk 8+(at least that's what I'm thinking will happen imo....

    Hi all! Wish you a happy weekend still!
    Been out of this thread a long while due to things not being exactly how I want them, so HIIT training hasn't been a goal, just try to train often.
    But after two weeks of flu and being a tired of standing still,
    I hope to change things during the week that comes.

    Anyway, just wanted to say hi and hope everyone has a good time and good training! I will be back!

    I stopped pull ups years ago. Just not happening anymore. Hurts my radialis. Not like you can warm up on them!

    Ummm, yes! . LOL, right now it's just 200mg cyp/week and 100 of tren ace. I was running 250mg, but I think I can get close to the same results w/200mg. Occasionally throw a little TNE/TrNE into the mix if I'm dragging?

    Damn straight. There's a place called "Burn Boot Camp" close to one of the grocerys I shop at. Lots of very pretty ladies go in there, had a couple of them that were in the grocery store invite me to stop down by the place.
    They kept going on and on about how they need a big guy in their group to help them with tire flips, battling ropes, etc. So, I walked down there and saw someone in there doing a "kipping" pull up. Told them, sorry ladies, there's no way I will do a movement like that or watch someone do that. Kind of hated to say it though, sure were a lot of pretty ladies there.
