Made it to the gym today after a 13 days off. Finally felt good enough. Nothing was going to stop me. I hit back up. My strength is down, but I pushed it still. I am not starting back straight HIT, i am going to do what feels right for now. A good feeler set and a couple working, but taking breaks if needed and being easy on my body.
Going to kick some booty and get back on track . Wish you all a happy Tuesday.

Lazy cunt. I'm training 9 times per week ATM, including (bastard) cardio. I'm so tired though (3 days of 0 carbs doesn't help), haven't had a day off in over 2 weeks but taking tomorrow off as recovery.
Ugh, way too many ingredients. If I'm having ice cream I'm having ice cream. The vanilla flavour we sell in my shop has only 4 ingredients - double cream, whole milk, sugar and vanilla bean.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Evening all,
First day back into hit and first day of reduced calories. Going insane from chicken and brocolli already.
Going smash out arms nicely. Looking forward to it. Going to really focus on keeping the rest times as low as possible as i had been doing slightly longer rests last round.
Hoping to have arms done in around half an hour. Also abs and 30 mins cardio.
Going to try gbrices carb cycling again. Tried it last time and it never worked great but i misunderstood the fibrous veggies part. I was eating peas because they were high in carbs..... got it this time
Hope everyone gets there issues sorted out! A black cloud of injuries/health issues/no training has hit this thread!

Edit: Read a little further into the thread and apparently he is NOT the official taste tester. LOL, I would struggle not to bury my face in the tubs of ice cream and inhale. That's why we rarely buy ice cream or if we do I don't eat any of it. Shoulders and arms done!
Supersetted pretty much the entire thing, not HIT completely, but i pushed and gave it my all.
BB overheard press super with Arnold press
Side raises with incline bicep curls
Cable upright row with bicep curls and front raise with plate (3 workouts superset)
Triceps V bar push downs SS straight bar tri (killer)
Cable reverse delts with cable full range hammer curls
Knee raise hanging abs with knee up obliques
In and out hammer curls with straight bar curls
Last hanging ab run and out.
Less then 50 min

some weights are WAY down others I am holding strong even with being off var. let me tell you I am missing that though. Really going to hit it hard this next cycle. Can't wait. Increased dose I believe too!

Good morning Marcus Cape Nach Ag Clarky D Well spent the last few hrs trying too fix a flat on the wifes car.The lug nuts won't move the tire spins when I lift it yes it is not jacked up spare won't come down a sledge hammer won't break them free.I never did like that piece of crap.

They aren't locking lug nuts are they? May have to do like Cape mentioned and get a little extra leverage on it. Once you get everything right/it may not hurt to break them all loose and torque them to spec.? Some tire places jackhammer the shit out of the lug nuts and it isn't necessary. When they stretch the threads like that, the longer it stays mounted like that the more the mating surfaces wring into each other.

My legs are so pleased I gave them the day off today. 650g of carbs again and I'm enjoying every single gram so far. No ice cream though lol

Did side & rear delts and traps the day, was a great session.
Standing db side raises 2 sets drop 3 sets
Bench at 45° lying side ways single db side raises 2 sets a side total fried
Db rev flys 3 sets
Rev cable flys 3 sets
BB shrugs 3 sets
Machine shrugs db grip 2 sets

Got a good delt/tri w/o in today.... shirt intense and to the point! Snapped a few pics - I've been priming... carb cycling and I'm liking the way things are coming along - gotta nice little blast set up when done

This is at 197 atm... lightest I've been in 2.5 yrs easily!
