Sometimes life gets in the way of bodybuilding and it has to take second best. Hope all works out well and will be watching the big come back

You'll be back in no time brother. I need to have everything you've had done, minus the pallette (to my knowledge). Not really wanting to go through with it, especially after seeing you've been down for a month.

That sounds very unpleasant Cape. Glad you're back and feeling better. The lost size and strength will come back quick. Thank god for muscle memory.

Good reviews on it, especially it's healing capabilities. Check out or talk to Bass or TR. They both have logs on it.

It's cause I'm still working out with my Sears 110lb set. But mostly because he'd eat all the food in my fridge.

    Legs Today!

    Couple good things occured:

Hoist (the fitness company) finally found the correct part for my cam operated ext/curl machine and shipped it. I don't have it yet but my Irish ingenuity discovered that a fat allen wrench fit in the pin hole perfectly making the machine functionally perfect.

My knee. Still struggling with pain in my left knee, despite doing everything possible. So, I figured I'd take a lighter day and skip squats. Started with high rep extensions which felt fine. Moved to relatively heavy verticals for a couple straight and slow sets of 15. Knee still feeling pretty good so now I'm thinking squats again. Well, I get under the bar and did a couple warm ups with my feet much wider than normal to take some of the bend out of my knee. Felt surprisingly good. Added plates for a couple sets thinking I'll stay pretty light for my knee. Well, I didn't feel the normal knee strain so I went up to a relatively normal weight for me and cranked out 15 and racked it and literally hollered as I was thrilled there was no knee pain. Could have got a couple more reps but I was just ecstatic due to no knee pain during the set and held back a bit.

Anyway, I was just thrilled that the wider stance alleviated much of my discomfort. Hopefully it will allow me to keep pushing hard and reduce the inflammation at the same time. First time in a while I've been physically and mentally pumped after a leg workout.

Took a calf shot after the workout. A moment later it cramped so bad I was limping. Still F'n hurts:

Just had the greatest session and topped it off with 30 minutes cardio.

The pain in my chest was a deep deep pain that I honestly don't recall feeling before. I think I am losing strength on PCT but continue to push my boundaries with heavy weight and my muscles were absolutely screaming at me.

Only got 315 on incline twice... Yikes. Don't care.. All I know is I'm grateful for feeling this good on pct. Also, I am ecstatic for the fact that my endurance is almost completely back. I knew that from a stamina perspective, I was not having a good time on cycle.

That's great Igi, glad pct is going smooth for you. Tren is a stamina killer that's for sure.

Yup.. I keep saying this, but I don't think I'll ever run tren again. Sad because I love the strength but the lack of endurance really sucked this last go around.

Back tonight had to adjust some movements as I worked out with my HAW.

Started with straight set of Standing lat pull downs straight into wide grip pull downs.
Standings were light strict form slow and squeezing.
    Wide grips got personal best
    215# x 4 Drop x 2 drop x 2

    Close grip seated rows
    185x10 210x 6 drop x 2 drop x 2

Hammer Strength Low iso rows (think that's the name)
    270x10 320 x 5 RP x 1.5

Hammer strength High pully (again name?)
    270 x 8 270 x 6

Finish Extensions so finish it off.

Have a question for my HAW though. Shes done great and has dropped 20# in probably 3 months. But was fitted for her dress recently and one area she needs to work on is around her LAT/back area. Hard to explain but best way is just under armpit area is where the fat is being stubborn. Im trying to get her to lift more, and tone up and I think that would help. But looking for other ideas..

nice session sfla.. pulling some good weight too.

I'm not sure I knew you were in the HAW club man Me, you, Lov, MI.. who else?

Those stubborn areas can take time, particularly with rapid weight loss, they seem to 'show up'. I think time and consistency is one thing.. but, as you know, where there is muscle, there will be less fat, so I would have her focus on back/rear delt movements in an effort to build up more muscle tissue in that region.

Yes sir, do have my HAW....Filipino . Was just telling her about how many of us are in that club, and just explained to her "HAW" lol.

I hear you on the muscle to less fat. But at the same time trying not to that general area wider. Which is the complete opposite of what im trying to do for myself lmao. That is my confusion on that.

Right, I think if she focuses on toning movements, however, (low weight/high reps) she can avoid stimulating the fast twitch type 2b fibers and, in turn, avoid significantly affecting her 'width'.

Maybe GGR or Giggle can chime in for some input too.

Took 8hrs. vacation last night. Filed taxes and spent some quality time with the wife, and then she, I, and the dogs watched a movie. Good to get away from work and decompress/rest. Also, did a bit of wrestling with my male mastiff. He hit 260# this week and is getting really strong. Have to keep him thinking that I am stronger than he is.
Going to look @ some plates in the morning; if the price is right, I can always use more.

Nothing like some relaxing QT with the family

My wife offered to help me with a project I'm working on for the next three days which should significantly shorten the time needed to complete it. Hard to comprehend what would make her offer to do something this tedious just to make my life easier. . man she is the best.
