You shut up Thor. I don't want to talk about it.

J/k going ok man.. Feel pretty good and weight is holding ok but not as good as I want. My own fault though. Haven't been eating great the past few days die to work/travel. Weighed 208 this morning it's ok though. I'm confident I'll be able to keep it over 200 at the end of the day. Started the cycle at 190 so if 10 good lbs is the end result, I'm ok with that.

Marcus mate, need your input, Ive been lurking the forums daily for months on end now, and I remember you said the most aas you have taken is 5grams per week, big amount, im on TRT, still dialing it in, but planning my next big bulk blast, ive ran things like 1000mg test and 800mg of deca and 125mg of test with 1gram of deca and 700mg of tren and 600mg of deca and tren together with test etc etc.

Im looking at a big bulking cycle and was thinking

    1000-1250mg of test
    750mg deca
and dbol , unsure of dosage.

I have tren e, eq, sus, deca sitting in my drawer ready to go. Does that cycle look ok? What would you use and do for a big bulking cycle?

    My stats are 107kg,
    12-14 bf.
    5,11

    44yo.
    TRT patient.

Oh yeh sorry forgot to add, probably run 16-20weeks. Thinking of adding in NPP instead of an oral for 4-6 weeks at start.

Marcus will answer but bulking or cutting has to do with nutrition, not aas.

I think another year of bulk and work I could step on stage. I dont think I will make it this year tbh. Keep in mind I'm still a newb training hard everu week since october 2012. I'm just doing what works for me but I do have to be on cycle to make gains I know that much and this is my firat real cycle i guess you could say and I can def tell a difference both aspects. My shoulders have never capped off like that before until I have ran high test with the nandrolone. If I had more time to devote tondiet and training I'd be that much better butbi have to be a family man and so this as a hobby so all I can say is in the future I plan on still training and cycling until i feel I'm ready for the stage well see.
Its amazing how far you have come in such a short amount of time, you defiantly have the genetics for this game. Its a struggle to balance family life and bodybuilding I've been there and done that one and bodybuilding won, it cost me a lot financially but most of all emotionally and I lost things what I could never get back but that's the path I took at the time and things cant be better for me now but try your best to juggle the two. The emotionally side of things is a huge pill to swallow and it will test you for the rest of your life so think hard before you do anything. What your doing is a good way, give time to each part of your life and I better stop waffling here lol.

I can fully sympathize with your thought process about only building when on cycle, if I am honest I use to hate PCT and the battle was immense for me to start cycling again because I knew what it did for me. The problem for me was after PCT and my bloods came back to normal "I DIDNT FEEL NORMAL" I felt like something was wrong and I didn't want to feel normal because normal for me did nothing for me and I wanted to feel super human and feel invincible. Again this is a hard battle as well you know the good old devil and angel on your shoulders talking it out fuks with your head. I cant count how many times the devil won the battle and I become super human again but it did cost me many things. We all know what we should do right but we also don't always do it lol
You can build off gear though that mind set is wrong but I do understand why you said that.

You would do very well on stage and its great you can see the balance what is needed to step on stage, you look a lot bigger than your stats which is a huge advantage on stage, keep aiming high and follow your dreams.

Good mind set and if you can hold onto to anything like 10lbs its a great achievement. Half the battle in this game is what we do when we are not on gear, holding onto our gains because many and ive been one of these guys who don't eat right because your off gear and don't train hard enough and the end results is precious muscle tissue but when your feeling NORMAL or lower than normal its hard to motivate yourself to do these things what come naturally when your on gear. Learn to overcome this Igi and you have an amazing tool to really go leaps and bounds in front with your progress. Took me many years to do it and maybe I will try and expand on this subject for those who are interested but keep doing what your doing mate you look great and made huge improvements.

Yes ive done 5g's + per week and it was stupid but I was guided by one the best and we wanted to see were my threshold was because at a certain level the body will produce more sides than gains and also at certain levels magical things can happened with super sonic androgen loading and that's what I was doing when I cycled at those amounts. I wouldn't advice anyone to do it and I wasn't right in the head but when I cycled high amounts it was always within a short burst cycle coupled with a pre cycle prime, short intense and heavy just like my training is. Cycling for long times just isn't for me and imho will create a negative impact on your long term gains, you cant constantly keep gaining size and muscle no matter what you do its impossible and the body doesn't grow that way if it did I would be 500lbs at 6% bf. Sorry waffling on again.

You past cycles will be a good thing to look at for your future gains there is no need to use more and use it for longer if you made great gains on your previous cycle dosage. I don't have enough information about your previous cycle gains to make a solid judgement but if you gain for 1000-1250mgs of test and 750mgs of deca and a bit of dbol than that's a great cycle. Its a good standard bulking cycle which will yield great results if you eat correctly and train hard enough to stimulate the right muscle fibers, ive used similar cycles myself and I respond excellent with deca and test and from the information you already told me its not uncommon for you to sue them aswell.

If you want to bulk and put on some serious amounts of tissue or give you the best environment for this to happen then you need to look at your diet and training, the cycle looks fine its dosed at what you have done before and its a good solid dose to reap great gains, if you respond well to those compounds then you have a great cycle. Many of the true gains will come form how you train and what you put in your stomach.

I am not a fan of running 16-20 week cycles but if you gain all the way through those weeks then that's the right thing to do but IMHO I doubt you will and infact I know you wont, the body will tap out well before 16-20 weeks so in my honest opinion and without pushing my short burs cycle theory onto you lol I would leave the cycle open ended and watch until the gains and progress slows down then consider coming off cycle, that's a better way when you have a long cycle planned.

either would be fine, personally I prefer the rope due to being able to go a bit further back at the contraction

My back workout was great this morning. It would be easy to get frustrated because it has been difficult to really bring the intensity I want all week. Switching to a totally new workout with new exercises and a different set/rep schedule has been tough to "dial in". On the other hand, the change seems to have really confused and challenged the muscles and initiated some growth. I'm looking forward to getting a little more familiar with things so I can get the intensity up further.

Learn to overcome this Igi and you have an amazing tool to really go leaps and bounds in front with your progress. Took me many years to do it and maybe I will try and expand on this subject for those who are interested but keep doing what your doing mate you look great and made huge improvements.
Thank you for that Marcus. You are 100% on the money in saying what comes naturally on gear vs. off gear. This is something I need to place more focus on because it is more difficult and it's easy to become engulfed with work and negate your responsibility to your body to maintain what you've worked so hard to build, and even continue to grow while off cycle.

I just went down and took a bunch of stuff out of the freezer, not sure why I hadn't done it yet but your post was eye-opening... Thanks again.
