Just have to make it count when you do go buddy. I will be missing 2 out of the next 5 weeks and the 3 weeks after that my new business starts so God knows how much I'll be able to train for the first month of that.

I was eating about 200- 300 cals above maintenance and dropped to around 100 cals under maintenance. I dropped the d bol and got more physical at work all at the same time so I lost about 5 lbs the first week but alot of that was water weight. I've lost around 4 lbs the last two weeks. I hate cardio but have a tread mill and elliptical in the basement and may start using one of those for 20 minutes or so in the morning because I dont want to drop cals much more.

Finally starting to feel I'm a decent size for my height to only be on TRT.
Delts and arms today
DB shoulder press: 3 warm ups 1 working with 1 drop
DB side raises: 1 feel, 2 working with 1 drop then 2 drops
Bent over rear delt flys: 1 feel, 1 working with 1 drop.
Face pulls: 1 working 2 drops
Upright rows: 1 working 1 drop
Tris
Rope push downs: 1 feel, 1 working 2 drops
Single arm reverse grip push downs: 1 working with forced reps
DB kickbacks: 1 feel, 1 working 1 drop
Bis
Alternating DB curls: 2 warm up, 1 working w 2 drops
Alternating hammer curls: 1 feel, 1 working w 1 drop
Straight bar curls: 1 feel, 2 working w 2 drops
A lot of work, but seems to be the best way to get my arms to respond. Working bis and tris on back and chest days seems to only provide a pump. So I throw in 2 or 3 working sets on those days for that purpose, but I've found that giving them their own day makes them feel like they've actually been "worked". They seem to be responding fairly well to this protocol for now.
