Just finished arms and the straight bar curls was simply orgasmic, the pump the strength and the pain was beautiful. When I felt my arms after the working set I could felt the blood being pumped and they didn't feel like my arms they were numb to touch

Arms for me tommorow as well. I wish I was still on the drol. I'm thinkin of cycling back on towards the end of my bulk cycle. The only problem was the headaches. Vascularity was awesome though. I really miss it.

Chest this morning and due to my cuff injury and the pain is giving me I decided to pre exhaust superset chest which isn't my favourite of training styles but I need to watch the weight I lift.
Incline flyes
3 warm up sets high reps + stretching
Incline flyes + incline db press
3 working sets close to failure - kept with the same weight and did flyes first then went straight into pressing - really made me burn and got a serious pump going
Pec deck + vertical chest press
3 working sets close to failure - push really hard and got a serious pump - lots of stretching in between sets
Done and went home to feed

263lbs and still climbing at the moment, its not really comfortable for me at this weight but just flowing with the strength its giving me and trying to build the odd lb or two.
Shoulder still in pain but the anti-inflammatory is doing well - may have to take a visit to the doctor but could do with him not seeing me at this size wouldn't go down well.
Lower back is still a constant pain, something I work around and have got use to over the years. Doesn't help me being this heavy.
Will be priming in the next couple of months to drop some of this unwanted body weight and hopefully see some improvements.
Some guys I know are using Ankie-Bio again and said they are 100% legit so may take a run at gh therapy again, they have a 3rd batch coming over so will wait to see if they are good to go before making my mind up.
Still roughly working out 2 days on 2 off - seems to be helping with my delt and the DOMS is so serious but rather nice at the same time, I can never get to much of that

I don't count calories, I eat what I need to achieve my goals. I am very in tune with my body and how it reacts so I know what I need to do, I try and eat every 3 hours. I am probably around 4k at the moment but it does fluctuate day by day depending on what i have on.

Ive broke the toilet seat twice and the bed last week, its costing me a fortune.

Right on. Neither do I, as I usually know when and what I need to eat. However, my last cycle, I became carnivorous and was eating too much and now I'm left with more fat than I should have gained. So now I log total calories for the day and make sure I don't go over a certain amount.

Marcus, your arms are mammoth, so the same rules might not apply to me. How many CCs do you inject when doing biceps and triceps? I always read to keep it under 1cc, but doing ED injections totaling 2ccs, I need as many sites as possible. I normally do delts, lats, bi, tri, and glutes. Bad experience with quads. I used to do traps, but the last couple have ended up really sore like my quads started getting. I've never tried pecs. Kind of scared to start now with two prop esters.

New PB on bench tonight. Done some biceps with it. Was supposed to hit just arms but I changed it up. Shoulder is fully healed. Week 8. Strong as fck. Feeling good. Hope the headaches stay away. Doing good so far.

Good session today. Everything seemed to flow real well. Completed lift, stripped plates, put them.back on trees, and swept the floor in 55 minutes. That's an excellent time for me.

Previous I've injected 3ml in the outer bicep and 3 ml on the inside so total was 6ml, these were synthol days and that was very painful experience lol but kind of nice. Normally I would inject 3ml in that area without any issues but I have very deep full fat bicep bellies so it does help. If your not use to it I wouldn't inject more than 2 ml
I don't do quads either, had a bad experience!
Sites I use are biceps, triceps, delts and glutes
