First time I've watched it. Incredible.

What are your thoughts on his form? Meaning he's using alot of momentum for his reps. . Compared to show steady form?

Oh dang!!!!! I had to take care of some errands after I got off of work yesterday and got in bed later than planned. I took my prescribed nighttime meds and a couple of Benadryl.....and 10.5 hrs. later, here I am. Got up twice to eat. Headed to the shop to lift after I get some food or whey/oats in my system. ( I swear I feel like my back has grown from last session).

Thanks, Marcus! It was the lift that I gassed out before deads.; believe I shorted myself nutrition wise prior to lifting. I must have gotten the rest of the lift done proper, but I'll get those deads in next back session!!

Now today's chest session went really good....just enjoyed myself plus hit new weights on 2 of my lifts. By the time I got to declines, my pecs were quivering like a snake on hot highway. Chest feels very stretched but also swollen.

    Incline fly-2 w/u, Work-4-drop-2-drop-3-1.5
    Smith incline press-2w/u, Work-3-.5-drop-2-drop-5-2.5-1

    Smith flat press-1 w/u, Work-3.5-drop-3-1.5
    Decline d'bell press-1 w/u, Work-3.5-drop-3.5-2.5

Marcus, I'd like to try tren for my next run. Something like a test e and tren e with maybe a little dianobol in the mix as well. Previous cycles were test only based cycles with a few short bursts of orals. I've ran deca this last time on my fifth cycle so the next one would be my sixth. Do you think I am ready for a low dose tren cycle yet?

Thanks AG i did them facing away i tried both but i felt i was using the bi's alot more with palms facing me.

So did back and it was good had a warm up and this time i did 2 working sets with DD really liked it see what use think.

    Lat pd close grip 2working- 6, 2nd 5, DD 4, 3

    Close grip row 2working- 7, 2nd 5, DD 4, 6

    T bar 2working- 8, 2nd 5, DD 6, 5

    Deads 2working - 6, 2nd 5, 1D, 5 all just below the knee.

I wasn't going to do the deads but i was right up for it so i did it was a really great work out. I was only resting 30s-1m no longer between each working & drop i was pure fvcked & soaked to the bone.

Short burst 8-10 weeks sound good? What about recovery time on this last cycle? At least 2O weeks or more? I finished as you know it was long so I will probably pct another week or even two longer than normal.

Little word of caution mate. Tren is extremely strong and I know your going through some hassle at home so your aggression can increase and also your patience isn't that long. Try your best to get everything calm and settle before going on it because it can effect things especially at home. Try and make your mind free from everything so you can concentrate on the course training and eating.

He is, but remember he initiates the momentum which is work in and of itself. All types of form/pace can work for you. The only thing that matters is what you respond to. Also know that he's a businessman and has made it known that when he does an extreme lift (like squat 850 or so) it's because he's getting paid to do it.

Arriving at the 3 month mark since I started restricted calories. I've been really happy with the results, but I'm feeling burnt out lately. Mainly being on a caloric deficit. Usually a re-feed takes care of lethargy/cravings, but lately I'm just constantly hungry.

I was thinking about adding a couple hundred calories or so a day. Any opinions?

Thanks AG. I think I will add a few hundred calories in a day. I don't really have a cutting goal. More or less I'd like to get to a lean, maintainable physique and slowly build from there. Regardless of future goals, I want to stay lean from now on. Gone are the days of ridiculous bulks.

Today I gave in to my hunger and finished at 3567 calories. 158g fat, 216g carbs, 353g protein. I could've ate a little more, but I used today as a test and ate when I was hungry, but didn't stuff or overdo it. It felt great getting the extra cals in. I feel satiated and mentally sound.

That's great, Black!! I think you've got the knack for tweaking your diet around much better than I. Again, really excellent job, IMO.
You've got some muscle mass there... just support it and slowly continue.
If you decide you need some fat, just lmk. I'll carve off some of my excess and shoot it your way

Hoping to wrap this shift up and get off of work on time. Leg day today..planning to lift this morning while it's cooler. May take Tuesday off and then hit biceps and tris Wednesday. After reading Marcus' recent post on hitting bis and tris and Clarky posting up his results, I'm really looking to do some damage.

....and of course, my plans usually go t!ts up/nilly willy, but we'll see....

Don't leave anything in the tank for further sets, just concentrate on that one working set and go to your limit true positive failure then drop set and repeat the intensity. Don't waste reps and sets go balls to the wall and breakdown that muscle
