That's for sure Kel. Just the thought of seeing him has me pumped. He was and still is a motivator for me because he's a shorter guy (5'8 I believe), but with a listed stage weight around 240 just amazes me!
    You've made great progress DP.

Anytime I have a chance to go to a good show in the area I do. I always draw a lot of motivation from both the contest itself and by just being in that element.

Whatever fits your schedule best. Looks like what you been been doing is working. I lift @ home in my.shop... no A/C, so 1 body.part per session is plenty for me. I believe there are quite a few posting in here that work multiple parts per session. Seems like maybe Kel posted up a.split within the last few.pages.

Well, for the last 3 weeks I've had some regularity to life, workouts and diet. I am almost exclusively training with one working set per exercise and my 4 workouts per week are all done within 35 minutes. This is partly out of necessity but also partly experimental. It's much easier to channel focus and aggression for that short a period than it is for an hour or so.

Anyhow, I'm noticing a difference already. Sure my diet has recently picked up and I'm nearly 2 weeks in to a small (60mg EOD) tren a cycle (on top of my nebido TRT) but this one working set certainly has more than something to do with results.

    It's yet another endorsement.

Getting ready for legs. Pounding down some coffee. It's a squat day and a lot of weight will be moved, dammit. There will be no failure. I'm out to pop a quad vein instead of an eye vein for once.

Been awhile guys just wanted to share my leg day.

    Squats
    Reverse -squat
    Calves
    Extension
    Stiff deads

Was very strong. Did 1-2 working sets wih 1-2 drops n every exercise. Great feeling today on v-squats. Loaded 5 plates and a 25 on each side. Most I have ever done before. LAst top weight was 4 plates and a 25. Lifted weight off set, felt incredibly heavy. Took two deep breaths and told my self I got this shit. Nailed it for 6 reps, and dropped it one time for 3 1/2 reps. Almost fainted after this set. But felt incredible with the mind set of getting it done. Legs are jelly rigt now.

Legs went well. Started with extensions to warm up as always, then:

Extensions: 2 working to failure. Drop set on last as a weight fell off on it's own so wtf.
Squats: Got to that set where I do a few reps and decide to either rep out or rack it and go up. Knee was a bit tender so I cranked out 16 reps. Felt great. Then I decided to add weight for a second set. Got a solid 6 but lower back was cramping up.
Verticals: Two sets heavy, 8-10 reps. Love this machine.
Seated curls: Two sets, 12 reps or so.
Usual calf crap but have had to stay lighter on seated raises again due to cramping up.

    No complaints. Good day.

Glad to see everyone carrying on and doing well. BIB and tren will be pretty cool to see.
I haven't worked out in 15 days. Have worked the last 15 days straight 12-14 hr days. Next week I should be able to start all over again with training. And diet. Man I miss it. It keeps my stress level down. Hope to post that I trained Monday. Cheers

Do you guys believe Levrone's alleged 6-8 week contest cycle?

    600 test
    400 deca
    100mg drol
    50 mg winny
    50mg nolva....

Deca?? It would barely even be working by 6 weeks? I forget what esther of test. ..I wanna believe it but I can't.

He was 6 weeks out from the 1993 Mr O and he was 269lbs. It was a flex magazine shoot which sent the bodybuilding community in shock.

thats definitely not true. He could take a 2 week break from all aas to a degree but stop entirely you will shrink big time. It is like guys marcus and kel size if they stopped eating high pro and ate lets say 2500 calories ed they would shrink fast. not to mention trt or anything. when you get that big everything is so vital to keeping that size.

So true, I can't explain what torture I have to put my body through to keep what I've built. In fact I have tried to explain in detail all the way through this thread what I have to eat and train like to maintain.

When I was going through low test I lost a lot of size and I mean I looked like a normal man. That alone sent me further into depression and lost even more. When I got my low test sorted i started to rebuild myself and I went through hell to put that size back on. Will have to do a post one day about those days.

I just have to say thanks for posting so much valuable information. I am only on page 20 so far and I got a long way to go, but your methodology for high intensity training is insane. Thanks for sharing such great info marcus. Along with all your concepts to burn fat and keep lbm. I feel I just found a treasure chest and it's free!!

I'm nowhere near ur calibre and if I'm not consistently training hard and eating...... I lose weight. Can't imagine what it's like holding onto that physique.

On another note...... People can't believe how much I eat. It seems normal to us I guess but when I'm out to dinner with the gf's parents or even with my coworkers they can't understand how I can eat and then be hungry again 2-3 hours later.

Your embarrassing me now ha,z thanks but your a monster mate lol.

This is why I don't agree with these new diets and some threads I see sprouting crap about restricting so much cals. I've spoken about in here many times but if people want to know a huge secret about gaining serious size its all about eating large amounts of food and not dieting so you lose a lot of muscle tissue. Every lb of tissue I've gone to hell for I want to keep. I won't waste it away and that's what many do just build it and waste it away.

metalject said he knows quite a few who would take a few months off training per year. I believe he said ronnie also but do not quote me on that. I mean training as in lifting not aas. He even said you can get bigger by doing this and I do not remember why exactly. I just know the rules are way different when your doing this for a living and taking more gear then 5-10 of us do put together!

I think it was claimed up to 6 months off training. Then a cheeky little intermediate cycle to get him in contest shape? It's hard to believe I have to say. Used to love his physique though.

OK, Marcus..... I tried your bicep routine....not pretty. However, it got me into a deeper(?) failure than usual. I think now I can alter my normal biceps lift and do a better job of trashing my arms than I've been doing. If not, I'll roll right back into your biceps routine for 6-8 weeks and reevaluate.

    Biceps stretch
    Seated d'bell curls-2 w/u, Work1- 3.5-drop-3.5-1.5-drop-2.5, Work2-1.5-drop-2.5-1.5-drop-3-.5-.5
    Incline d'bell curls-1w/u, Work1-3-1.5-drop-2-1.5-drop-1.5-.25, Work2-3.5-1-2.5-.5-drop-2.5
Bent over concentration curl-Work1-3.5-drop-3-3 cheat reps
    Seated hammer curl-Work-3-2.5-2.5
    Triceps press down(bent handle)-2 w/u, Work-5-3-1.5
    D'bell skulls-1 w/u, Work-6-drop-3-1
Close trip Smith press - I won't b.s.....there was absolutely nothing left.
I was completely trashed at this point. Without a doubt, it was a real no-sh!tter.
Good thing the wife was at home...needed help getting my shirt off. Believe the humidity was 70+% and my shop thermometer read 89°F.

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
