Morning fellas/ladies, chest has a nice ache all over and calfs are fried. Delts and traps are still sore from fri.
Was up at 6 this morning fucking nightmare, just used to getting up at that time for work well i say up the alarm goes off at that time haha.
Anyway went for a munch with the mrs before i took her to work. Now am ready for the gym. Back the day and looking forward to it.

Hi fellas/ ladies, well did back and it was a good session.
Seated cable CG row 4 sets 12-15 ish then 1 drop
Rack pulls 4 sets 12ish per set
T bar 3 sets 10-12 per set
Db rows 3 sets 10 per set Face down on slight inclune bench both at same time
Straight arm pd's 2 sets 10 per set
Cardio 20 fast walk slight incline.
Done.

Things are looking up as I'm getting into the electrical union - starting process tomorrow for apprenticeship!

Morning fellas/ladies, Rest day for me the day. Need it lol, last wk at work well finish thursday. Off for 2 wks really really looking forward to it. Heading down to England for a wk then spain for a wk. Might get a session in with BIB and the Big man haha.

Morning, gang! Just got in from the physio. Since my l. shoulder is still geeked she worked it over again and got my lat, and serratus. Gave me more exercises. Going back Thurs for more. Defo think I'm going to get hammies done @ some point.

You are extremely culturally evolved. I have a feeling you would fit in anywhere. You speak of things like my neighbor but you are in Italy. It blows my mind just how real you are. You are brutally honest, I admire that, so does everyone else. I wouldn't hide yourself from the world. A guy like you can manipulate it to suit you. You have some serious talent I feel you haven't tapped into. I encourage you to do the opposite of what you feel socially. You may find out you are one hell of a leader.

There are things I wont get into on this subject, but I lived isolated many years. Its good to stay away from bad influences and people that tempt you to do bad things. It is such a shame to isolate though. One good friend is worth a million enemies. When we surround ourselves with good positive friends great things come from it, this dungeon was started that way I believe.
Social isolation caused me a lot of terrible problems from panic atracks to depression as a youth. People irritate me a lot, lot, lot. I try to forgive them though and strive to make myself more personable. Its difficult but some friends are worth weeding through all the back stabbers and fakes.

Lots of pressing heavy and10-12 range w/DBs - I'll write it out but I weighed only 198 and was just as strong took a few pics today

I lacked any feel of belonging since my childhood, and yearn of so, be it family, friends, school team, or whatever. I just feel like I only belong to myself, hence I suppose I can be fine anywhere. Just one thing, don't make it too hot. The heat here is killing me.

Chest and arms today. Great workout. Bit short on time so not listing it but I'm slowly ramping the weight up on my rehab dumbell curls. 40's today. Feeling manly. Tomorrow's a busy afternoon for me. Somehow I ended up with three doc appts in the afternoon. Arm guy at 1pm. Skin doc at 430 (yearly appt) so I realized I would not have time to run home between so I scheduled a visit to my Chiro at 215. Boom.

Woke up feeling pretty damn good. Did my exercises and stretches so I'm back at it tomorrow. A little more bruising this time than last, but no worries on that, just glad.to be making progress.
I'm counting myself lucky that this chiro/physio is so involved with addressing muscular imbalances, etc. Things are going better than I expected actually. Still a few weeks left in this little blast so going to try to make the most of it.
Also, about 2 weeks ago, I started back on the 5mg of Cialis daily and haven't had a single nosebleed, so I believe all of the nosebleeds I had before were related to the dry winter air instead of the Cialis.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Sure did & Thanks Kel! Also switching up rep ranges and tempos w/slower negs and positives presses were a killer!
I'll admit when I walked in I felt flat and about 180 lol but after a really hard pressing day things seemed to start popping again lol... I even let everything clear outta my body but like AG - I'm gonna run some test and Tren e never ran E b4 but ran s bit of tri Tren b4 and I liked the ace on top of the E so may try that too...
Shoulder is sore today(usually after I press) it flares up been icing it on and off....
