Currently fuelling for calves and lats. Still working on the left/right Lat imbalance.
If you have a small scoliosis it will be hard to correct the imbalance.

A lot of bodybuilders have lat imbalances, they try to hide it through posing.

I have a small scoliosis but had a large lat imbalance. More obvious to me on any kind of bench press. It is much improved so far.

How are the imbalances coming along BIB? Is the Extra set helping?

Haven't taken any updated pics for me to view the difference but for sure, when I'm doing hammer chest press or CG bench press it certainly feels like it's catching up. Anyway, it's one less on the other side not one more on the small side lol.

Was thinking of maybe seeing a chiropractor for my wonky back issues. Anybody have any experience?

Shit, they were skinny back then but thanks! And yes, I think of competing all the time. Eats at me. Just don't know if I can pull the trigger.

Definitely see a Chiro with an advanced kinesiology degree and who can apply it - makes a world of difference

I'm sure the commitment to prep is daunting, but I swear you would smoke the Masters. Your leg development alone puts you in a different class than the majority of the guys in your age class and also the guys 10 years younger. Not to mention the standard you hold yourself to just in general.

Went to do legs, getting back into back squats as the quad tear is feeling better.

Felt weak, a few months out made its damage. Guess just leg extensions dont do big legs.

Did a few sets of hamstrings with the wife to finnish.

Go slow and squat last would be my best advice. Max amount of blood in them at that point and less weight needed to be effective.

Who could have imagined cialis would help prevent those exercise induced cramps I was having? Didn't help anything with my pecker though.

Well it depends on etiology, cialis might also dilate muscle arterioles thus enhancing blood flow, it goes to support my hypothesis cramps are elicited by poor blood perfusion, not that I got CV issues the problem I believe is neurogenic, it all started with TRT but pre-existing shit was present, nothing that can't be managed btw, I think I know how to fix this.

True cure is always to solve the matter at its root, but in the meanwhile a patch so that I can exercise it's of great help.

Should have said that I've started low weight and squat machines a few weeks ago, yesterday wanted to increase intensity in the squats.

Glutes and legs are a mess today. Arms later.

It was working until I dropped the caber, prolactin is now high again (got labs today), though not as last year.

BTW today I attempted some HIIT style cardio, the cialis prevented both cramps and dyspnea but at some point I just merely failed to move limbs anymore, like dead weights - I ask, what is that? Glycogen depletion?

Eating a moderate sized salad today and a stuffed pepper, then it will be time to crash. Steamed chicken, leeks, and bok choy later on this evening. I think the cheapo 5 tray veggie steamer and the pressure steamer are two of the most useful items we've purchased in quite some time. It gives you an option to fall back on if it starts raining and messes up firing up the grills, etc.

When I was a kid the nosebleeds were always to be expected when pollen hit the air. I was very allergic back then, at one point my whole face swelled up from eating walnuts, my nose looked the sort of a pig lol.
