Haven't taken any updated pics for me to view the difference but for sure, when I'm doing hammer chest press or CG bench press it certainly feels like it's catching up. Anyway, it's one less on the other side not one more on the small side lol.
Was thinking of maybe seeing a chiropractor for my wonky back issues. Anybody have any experience?

Shit, they were skinny back then but thanks! And yes, I think of competing all the time. Eats at me. Just don't know if I can pull the trigger.
Thanks big man. Really funny looking back. I hope my cousin can find some more, possibly when I was a bit older so I can post them up. Little punk kid back then!

I'm sure the commitment to prep is daunting, but I swear you would smoke the Masters. Your leg development alone puts you in a different class than the majority of the guys in your age class and also the guys 10 years younger. Not to mention the standard you hold yourself to just in general. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Went to do legs, getting back into back squats as the quad tear is feeling better.
Felt weak, a few months out made its damage. Guess just leg extensions dont do big legs.
Did a few sets of hamstrings with the wife to finnish.

Who could have imagined cialis would help prevent those exercise induced cramps I was having? Didn't help anything with my pecker though.

Morning fellas, my back is done in from top to bottom. Shoulders and traps the night, will report back.

Morning
Well it depends on etiology, cialis might also dilate muscle arterioles thus enhancing blood flow, it goes to support my hypothesis cramps are elicited by poor blood perfusion, not that I got CV issues the problem I believe is neurogenic, it all started with TRT but pre-existing shit was present, nothing that can't be managed btw, I think I know how to fix this.
True cure is always to solve the matter at its root, but in the meanwhile a patch so that I can exercise it's of great help.

Morning, everyone. Hectic time at work. Banking up the frustration to attack shoulders tonight.

It was working until I dropped the caber, prolactin is now high again (got labs today), though not as last year.
BTW today I attempted some HIIT style cardio, the cialis prevented both cramps and dyspnea but at some point I just merely failed to move limbs anymore, like dead weights - I ask, what is that? Glycogen depletion?

Whoa another good nights sleep - had the windows wide open a nice cool 55F still sweat tho lol
Back is nicely sore(finally getting less is more with my ex's) plus implementing more s/s is working nicely
Legs today gonna be later but I'm gonna crush em no doubt - they're starting to get really nice separation and much more vascular than ever b4 - I may hit arms tho as I'm pressed for time we'll see
Keep kicking arse fellasLast edited by NACH3; 03-08-2017 at 10:17 AM.

I tried quartering 20mg Cialis last year (?) and not long after, I started getting nosebleeds. I know that has been reported as a side effect, but not sure how frequently it occurs.
Have either of you had any issues like that. Since it's pollen season, I was thinking of trying it again and just blame the nosebleeds on the pollen if it happens while at work? There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Eating a moderate sized salad today and a stuffed pepper, then it will be time to crash. Steamed chicken, leeks, and bok choy later on this evening. I think the cheapo 5 tray veggie steamer and the pressure steamer are two of the most useful items we've purchased in quite some time. It gives you an option to fall back on if it starts raining and messes up firing up the grills, etc.
