    Morning fellas GGR. Mad busy day/night yesterday, i did back last night good session.

    ** pullback**

    T bar 1 working DD Bar in corner

    CG pulldown 1 working DD

    One arm pulldowns 1 working 1 drop

    Straight arm pulldown 1 working DD

    Rack pulls 1 working DD

    Hypers 1 set

    Done, ok fellas, the one arm pd's am talking about was i got in the middle of the x over machine with both set high. I kneeled down in the middle with a hand on each handle then doing a normal pd, pulling with elbows and slightly back to get that good squeeze.
    First time doing these and really liked it so will get better at these and defo be adding them in.

    Goals for next year are 80 Kg at 10-12% bf, get TRT fully dialed in, normalize PRL w/o caber, and mostly important - feel good.

    RC exercises and broomstick stretches

    D'bell shoulder press- 2 w/u, Work1-7+,drop,2+,drop,3+ w/ 5 count gold on last partial. 1 min rest. Work2-4+ reps.
    Seated side lateral-2 w/u, Work-6+,drop,1+,drop,2+ w/ 10 count hold on all partials.
    Face pulls- 2 w/u, Work-9+,drop,4+ w/ a 5 count hold on partials.
    B'bell shrugs- 1 w/u, Work1(front)-7 - 5. Drop a bit of weight. Work2(rear)- 6 - 3+.
    D'bell shrugs.from side- Work- 3,drop, 3,drop, 3.

    Fairly decent, maybe a tad slow? 43 minutes total.

    Ma back is nice and sore the day, from top to bottom, looking forward to get arms done later. Still got a wee bit soreness around the elbows though, we'll see how it goes later.

    Late tonight/early Saturday a.m. Rough night at work so I popped a couple of .5mg Xanax. Stopped at the gas station to top off the gas in my truck and remembered I never ate lunch and only drank about a half of a shake. Was going to finish off the remainder of my shake but had a brain fart, and took 2 more .5mg Xanax, so I think I'll probably get in some nap time soon.

    Morning fellas, GGR. My back is still nice and sore this morning from thursday. Arms are fried this morning so chuffed for a pullback, still heavy though.

    No session the day or sunday fellas, working till 12 lunch time then straight for a hair doo then in changed then straight back out with the mrs. Going to the christmas market in glasgow so be out the house for 12.30 easy.
    I went straight through this wk so having the wk end off. No that keen on the shopping thing to busy for me cvnts bumping in to us and shit. It has to be done and we get to spent some great time together.

    If I hadn't used up virtually all.of my vacation, I would do it. Would defo need several days to recover but it would be nice to occasionally lift with someone that has the HIT mindset.

    Got some quality sleep in. Good thing, because I needed it badly. Stress at work is ridiculous, but slowly chipping away at a long list of projects, successfully, so far. The engineer/toolmaker I'm working with is even more swamped than I am, but we seem to be a good team.
    A few errands to run here in a bit, I f-in hate holidays. They just don't agree with me. On the plus side, I get to spend quality time down in the shop later on.

    talking about food/meat. I was never a fan of red meat, but have become such during past two years. and just yesterday bought some premium pork for change and could not eat that shit because it literally tasted like shit... waste of sauce/cheese and efforts down to bin

    Same here. Once I stopped eating pork, it ripped my guts apart the next time I mistakenly ate a piece of pizza that had ground pork/sausage in it (it was a stuffed pizza). Generally, I don't any processed/cured meats.

    I love sushi, but I have to limit my visits to stay on my budget.

    Edit: The Japanese advisors at work got me hooked on Maki rolls and Gunkan sushi. Also introduced me to sashimi and several.other dishes, that I can't spell nor pronounce (yet). Their English isn't too bad, although not really fluent, but we can communicate somewhat. Really would like to take a proper course to learn some basic Japanese phrases and then expand from there. They are totally 100%+ business at work, but are funny as fvck off of work.

    Last night did wimpy legs. When I go over 315 squatting I get a tight feeling in my lower ham to my knee and also I have a lot of soreness top tear drop. Gave them a wee bit rest but pumped them up. Big back/bi's today.

    I hit delts earlier this wk after chest/bis... today going for back traps(I'll be working very hard to get these traps BIG & stronger better delts and arms too(fill in days will depend on what's been done b4 or if it's an off day...

    I do, if you check my back workouts i do a lot of rowing.
    Might need to add wide grip rows for upper back thickness.
