    Back home from a most.excellent massage. She worked over hammies, stripped glutes, worked entire back, traps, neck, and really dug down deep into anteriors and biceps.
    Made another appointment for the same in 6 weeks.
    Grabbing a quick bite of supper and then off.to bed for a bit. Haven't been to bed yet and have be back at work @ 2 a.m.

    Super set arms today. Usual shit. Thought i had a good pump until i measured lol . Nope. Barely ate anything today just didnt feel right. Going to go to the Japanese steakhouse and eat up. Had a shake and some glutamine earlier. I need the calories. Thats about it, looking forward to two days off.

    Hammer dips machine SS into db kick backs 2w

    Seated alt db curls 1f 2w partials rp x 2 drop 1

    Preacher hammers 2w dd (Cuz no clue how u do 3 plates one arm...thinking bout that makes me feel weak)

    Bent over iso db curls 2w slow negatives

    Hammers to finish.

    Side note, still gimping around. Knee was the size of a softball today after work.

    2 warm up sets - higher end reps
    1 working set to failure plus 2 forced

    DB vertical French press
    2 feel sets
    1 working set - to failure

    seated dip machine
    2 working sets to failure

    db kickback
    2 working sets to failure higher end reps range

    single arm cable curls
    2 warm up sets
    1 working set plus 2 drops -all to failure

    incline db curls
    1 feel set
    2 working set - didn't judge working set right so did 2 working- last one added 1 drop

    bent over hanging curls
    2 working sets to failure -slow tensing and using the negative as much as possible.

    Abandoned leg workout - just didn't have that spark when i was there, so I will do it tomorrow when I am fully fuelled and 100% ready for a full blown leg session

    Yeah I knew the machine man lol that's the one.

    I do descent weight with dbs....40-45s alt curls. But that machine getting 2 plates and 2 10s using two hand close grip.

    Maybe I need to start with them next time.

    Iced all night and it's down. And feeling 50% better.

    Only issue is....I'm about to shower and head in for a 13 hr shift. Which 90 % of it will be walking /standing on my feet. So back to square one tomorrow morning lol.

    Anyone got new ideas for a new career

    Defo watch. It's that time of.year when Fla. and sometimes the E.Coast get hammered. We try to stay stocked with more dry goods then usual in the fall just.on account of the hurricanes.

    Yea start with them dont pre exhaust the bis just go straight in and heavy and feel the difference

    I did do 3 ex's b4 so I'll try starting with as well - I tried to move it w/2 plates thinking ahh I got this and it didn't even move lol

    Yeah, this is what I can handle on that machine. 135 with one arm cuz - damn impressive.

    Sfla, when are you going to be able to finally address the knee?

    Same here, my back is tight as hell and my arms are still feeling it from Tuesday & Wednesday's workouts (which is telling me I must be doing something correct).

    Hoping I can loosen up for an afternoon workout.

    This thing sucks prox. Weeks I am completely fine. And then bam can't walk and swollen as hell. This is the most painful it has been by far. Past 5 or 6 days I've been at a pain level of at least 5 consistently throughout the entire day with moments of 6 or 7.

    My wife saw a highly regarded ortho before her surgery. So I made an apt with him on Wednesday. Hoping he has another solution. If not. I'm gonna have to kill.myself and move my house all at once and then just do the surgery and deal with it.

    Gonna be hard. Baby, dogs, wife surgery, and work. But can't live like this anymore. (And I hate doctors....biggest white coat syndrome here)

    I was thinking the exact same thing, Sfla - even though My bis were blasted I felt I needed to try anyway lol

    I think if I start with them I could do maybe 2plates and a 1/4 I'll see next time I'll start with preachers - with the Bells I can start my working set at 50s then drop(5lbs each drop depending on reps as well)

    Hour yoga. 30 min incline treadmill. Some bis

    . Not sure what's going on with all the sweating. Dripping in yoga. I started ephedrine alkaloid - allegedly the real stuff - yesterday. I don't mind sweating btw.
