Sorry to hear about the ears BG.
Took a full week for my biceps to recover from last workout, finally able to train them today.
Machine curls: 2w
Low cable curls: ws, rp, drop, rp, drop, rp
Reverse curls: 2ws
Reverse wrist curls: 3 x 15
Single arm preacher curls: positives to fail, assisted positives to fail, assisted negatives to fail.
15 minutes obliques & abs
20 minutes elliptical
Grills heating up - filet tonight.

This damn storm just keeps moving west. This one could be serious.
Heading to the store for supplies before it gets crazy. Might run out of gas soon though. Driving home last night 4 gas stations were empty and one had about 40 cars in line :/

Mornin. Lookin as if i belong in a wheelchair trying to get on my truck from monday leg hit session. Deep pains. Getting a little frustrated gonna have to see where my levels are. Mentally im not right. Gotta get that asap bloodwork.

Just killed my shoulders. Felt str9ng today.
Seated smith press. 3w 2f (first one repped more then expected) 1w (225) rp x 1.5 drop
Seated db laterals 2f 1w dd with partials super set into db front raises palms facing each other.
Bent over DB laterals 2w superset into ez bar uprights rp x 3
Rope face pulls super set into behind back cable laterals.
Front and back shrugs.
Now time to hurricane prep...need food, gas and propane. Not gonna be fun getting all this

Great leg day today. Was all caffeined up...
Extensions: moderately heavy for higher reps, 15 - 20, two working
Squats: kinda heavy day. First set of 10, racked it. Upped it by 50 and another solid 10. Dropped the 50 and did a 3rd set of 10 which is more sets than normal but i decided I did not feel like loading the vertical press and went with static lunges instead...
Lunges on smith: two sets 12 reps each, pretty heavy.
Seated curls: 2 sets heavy with drop on last
Calf crap.
Note: You always see me post seated curls and not much else for hams. It's not that I don't like stiff legs it's just that for about 5 years when I first started training at home all I could do for legs was squats and stiff's, nothing else. They got real old, real fast so I shy away from them now. Luckily I did not get tired of squats. One day I'll start stiff's again...maybe.

Hey fellas!
Been busy busy today with running to the doctors office and getting back to come to work on time. Took the day off like planned and took care of all of that. At work now with a little down time figured I would get on and read some. Dad is doing good the doctor said, said his face will get better everyday. That a plus. Also told him he needed to stop smoking.Which I have already told him.
Anyways..
Thanks guys for all the prayers and for this Forum/thread.
Tomorrow is shoulder day. Looking forward to it...

Chest today, nothing special at all and didn't train HIT, went home and did 2 hours of rumble rolling, ART and deep tissue massage for my shoulder. The rumble rolling my lat is fucking serious pain let me tell you, that brings tears to your eyes

Nice week - 4 days of training in 5 days, mixed it up though with cardio and abs.
Triceps and front/lateral delts today. Was envious of the young guys and did more pressing than I should have - I'll pay for it eventually.

Morning!!!
Killed my legs yesterday, noticing test kicking in somewhat... pyramid up on squats, and when I thought I did the last set of 15 reps and I was shot, walked for a minute or two and upped the weight 10kg and did another 15 reps, which this time, every rep was feeling like impossible to do, but I was keep going.
Same with hams curls, I was keep upping weight and it was still going up, but mental part was not ready and I just went with the familiar numbers, nothing crazy.
talk about tinnitus, had it since since I was ~5-6 yo, got it setting off new-year explosives (fireworks) indoors and for the worst part multiple years in a row, then crazy loud music, loud headphones, crazy loud car stereo setups and continuous earpods use at max volume... sound is/was addictive for me so that what had caused it for me. I just take it as a natural/space/universe environment noise, and dont stress about it no more. few years ago I was troubled when I found out I had it and what it was. I tried various treatments but nothing helped.. maybe I didn't undergo them treatments long enough. So far I have figured out if I set sine tone to ~17500hz It matches my inner noise and then moving up the audio scale I stop hearing it.Last edited by InternalFire; 10-07-2016 at 02:05 AM.

Well, my Dr. had an emergency and had to cancel my appointment for today. I'm sure she had a good reason, but now my appointment is for Thursday, unless my wife wants to give me her appointment on Tuesday and she take the Thursday appointment.

Felling good today, got my 5k run yesterday, need to be more diligent with the cardio as it makes me fell way better.
Going to blast some shoulders and triceps later, feel like smashing it but really should hold back a bit :/

TGIF!!
CRUSHED BACK this morning! Great workout. 45mins and I was socked in sweat out of breath and my back felt huge. Very happy with today. Now I am eating and getting ready to ride and see my Dad for a bit then off to work. Next week I'll Be starting my NPP. I had to push it back a week because of everything that was going on.

No training today. Just finished meal 4..
2 salmon fillets..cup of peas..been kinda low car high protein day...not counting calories or carbs right now just goin with the flow.
Can finally flex my quads today after 5 days..relief. been a very stressful week not good. Really need to get a chest session in tommorow badly. Will update.
