Gym time. Biceps and forearms this morning.
Cut training right down because my body is suffering from the trauma. I'm doing one body part every 12 days to help my body to repair.

Doctor's think my body is in a state of repair all the time with my training that's why my values are always on the increase. Body is under trauma and constant repair due to the intensity. Even when I think I'm fully repaired my cns isn't. Also the stressful things I have to cope with aren't helping. There's no other answer why my blood values are on the rise all the time.
I can see what they mean but not training is a hard thing for me to cope with. At times we have to take a couple of steps backwards to move forward.
Workout was intense but short seeing that it was only biceps and forearms.
Strange how they tell me to stop training so my body isn't stressed when I use training as a stress reliever.
I personally think something more serious is wrong. Something just doesn't add up to me but I'm not the expert on these things.
Anyway only did 30mins of torture instead of 45mins so I'm heading in the right direction

Constant stress can wear on the body, especially when it's a combination of mental and physical stresses. You know how much time Mentzer stressed was necessary, and even more for advanced lifters. I'm comfortable saying that you and Kel are the most advanced lifters I know, and Kel does make sure to take periodic breaks in addition to lifting every other day.
I'm waiting on my last lab values as well; I haven't been able to access the last labs online yet. Curious to see how my hemoglobin and HCT are after the slight increase in blood letting. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

I rested really well off and on yesterday. Kind of feeling run down, but it's just the demands of work which really suck hind tit sometimes. I think a little more rest today and I'll be fairly refreshed.
LOL, our old TV in the bedroom finally shot the crapper, it was an old CRT, so I bought our first "fancy" TV. Didnt really remember how heavy the old school TVs are until I bear hugged off the old TV off the top of an armoire.
Also snagged a region free DVD player on the cheap off of Amazon so now I can watch my strongman DVDs from overseas. Will be excellent prelift motivation. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

I use working out and cardio as my stress relievers as well. You just may have to turn down the intensity and just go through the motions in your workouts, don't try to pop that vein on your eyeball every rep. I know that will be tough for you but it may just be what you need to keep you training of some sort.
On another note, get two or three of those crazy unicorn latex girls to give you a whirl for a week or two, that should do the trick!

Back, rear-delts & biceps. Weights keep climbing, nice response to the drop sets today on biceps - sweet burn!
On a side note, shared a machine today with this woman I've been trying unsuccessfully to not stare at for months. Her upper back, delts and the taper into her waist is SICK. Thank God I could handle the same resistance as her - thank you T!

Happy Fourth of July/ Monday, everyone! Working day shift today so I got up extra early to hit legs before I go to work. Just finished a big bowl of tuna and whole wheat pasta. Going to let it settle for and hour or so, then I'm headed to the shop.
