    Let it heal, especially if they are pushing it back, Nach. No use to go through this and not get the most out of it. I know your itching to hit the weights. If the urge gets too bad, maybe seated calf raises and work on grip strength/forearms until everything is totally healed?

    i wouldn't push it, do some cardio

    i know what you are feeling as i am fed up with all these knots in my legs.

    just heal up and do some walking/stair climbing, or chase naked girls on beach!

    I need a break. Still trying to train 4 to 5 days a week. Hopefully in another couple weeks shit will slow down.

    Hi guys,GGR. I did shoulders and traps the day. I know it was ment to be yesterday but he ho life eh.

    Warm up/ pre ex

    Seated db side raises

    Standing db side raises 1 working 1 drop a side

    Standing db side raises 1 set (together)

    Face pulls 1 working DD. **new weight** (stack). Foot up

    Rev db fly 1 working 1 drop

    Seated press 1 working 1 drop. **new weight** fvck it was heavy

    BB shrugs 1 working DD

    Behind back shrugs, machine 1 working DD


    DONE !, and fried great session. Going to Skelp back the mora

    Did back this morning good session.

    Straight arm pd 1 working TD. **new weight** stack

    Cg pd 1 working 1 drop. Uh grip

    T bar 1 working TD

    Rack pulls 1 working DD

    Db pull over 1 working

    Done fried. I hurt ma back doing the working set on the rack pulls. Just a wee pull should be ok. Same weight as last wk and T bar. I could not of got even 5kg on them. Theres always next wk.

    Exactly this, Marcus. You know you can outwork anyone else in the gym, even if you have to tweak your TRT slightly. I know it messes with your mind, but as you have pointed out before, we control our minds.

    Nice, Clarky! Headed to the shop in a bit myself to hit arms before I go to work. Should be interesting, my coordination is off today. Was putting on my glasses early this morning and somehow jammed the dang things into one eye socket and have given myself a black eye.

    Incline d'bell curl- 2 w/u, Work-6+,drop,3,drop,4+
    Seated d'bell curl- 1 w/u Work1- 3,drop,4,drop,3 - 3. Rest 1 minute. Work2-3+,drop,2+.
    Close grip cable curl- Work- 6 good reps w/ a slow 10 count neg.
    Close grip Smythe press- 2 w/u, Work1- 5, drop,4. Rest 1 minute. Work2- 7+ reps w/ a painful slow 10 count neg.
    Triceps pressdown w/ straight bar- 1 w/u, Work-5,drop,4+ w/ 10 count neg on last partial
    D'bell skulls- Work-5,drop,4+.

    Although I did my best to keel the intensity up, it took me 46 minutes. Not too bad, but ready to crank it up a tad more once I get fully acclimated to the heat.

    Ok, it's defo about my bedtime. Just ate a cup of FF plain Chobani with a handful of blueberries thrown at it. Hope to wkae up nice and perky today, we'll see.

    LOL, just below my.right eye looks like shit. Still not exactly sure what possessed me to jam the dang glasses under my eye.

    Afternoon guys,GGR. Ma back/lats are done right in the day from top to bottom. Rest the day, got told a was looking good and getting bigger and i stand out. At the gym yesterday He is a big big guy as well so a was well chuffed.

    Just caught up on thread...thanks for the motivation. I am struggling....went to gym yesterday and quit legs after 3 sets. I didn't feel myself and I just had enough. I am heading in a few to finish what I started. I am not a quitter.

    Making diet modifications to address persistence digestive issues. It's not going to easy. It's not going to be pretty. It has to be done.
