Supplement with 5,000 iu here as well. Also take magnesium daily since the Dr. put me on supplemental potassium. Kel mentioned to me about an article on examine.com that pointed out magnesium is the econd most common deficiency; with Vitamin D being the most common deficiency.
The more I read, the more I reallized how important magnesium is to maintaining/utilizing potassium and sodium. Figure since labs are coming up, they can run the electrolyte panel and see where my potassium is now. Also curious to see where 100mg/cyp has me at now, think I'm still a tad low, although like Kel said, I may need to split that up into 2 shots.
Meh, we'll find out in a few weeks.

Training isn't to my normal standard and my body doesn't react to in the same way, I know what maintains it and I know what helps to improve it but I do have to train in a certain way which is a very intense protocol but that's the only way to keep freaky otherwise this shit just drops off no matter what I do. I think my body knows if I don't feed it what its been use to for many years

Work schedule is intense at times and very hard to relax, also my personal projects/hobbies are keeping me busy so not been sleeping well and wont be for the next 5 days or so then I should be fine to catch up.
Best of luck with the consultant and the TRT Dr.

Had to go by the pharmacy to pick up scripts, decided to hit the gun shop and grab some primers, and another lb. or two of powder. Man, my legs are toast today. My walk definitely isn't a smooth gait today.

I think I am some magnesium deficient but my bloods came out pretty much normal. Wonder if there is an absorption type test for it?

Yes sir, its a form of therapy for me . I'm just stocking up for this fall when it is slightly cooler and humidity is lower. I mainly just load my range ammo in .45 ACP and 9mm with lead semi wadcutters. Easy on the barrel and makes nice clean holes in the target.
I also load some hollow points for personal defense, usually keep 2-300 gold dot bullets or XTP on hand for that reason only.
Rifle I mainly load .270 Winchester. By the time you decrimp 5.56, it almost worth just buying a 420 round can or bulk box of 1,000 and save the brass for a rainy day, when you feel like decrimping and decapping a ton of Lake City or IMI 5.56.

Gone in to see the surgeon later today... As much as I think I can get away with not getting surgery - I have a feeling since all my repairs were back in PA... I think they'll just say no pain(which I am lucky not to have any) your good - but I want this fixed once and for all - bring ya news later!

    Why???????????????????????

Why do you spend so many years and years finding out what really works for our bodies and once we find it we carry on looking for something better or start changing something what gave us huge head turning results? why???????????????????????

Stick with what works, modify and tweak little bit to enhance the gains but IMHO changing something what works so good (THATS IF YOU HAVE FOUND THAT) is complete madness. I think what build the most size, the most thickest and biggest gains ive ever experienced, what kind of diet did I use, how was my lifestyle at that stage in my life, how hard was I training and then I stick with it to produce something what makes people ask wtf happened to you!

My mind still plays tricks on me to change things but I know within 1-3 weeks it was a mistake, being on a pullback just knocks me off my attack. Maybe that's why I suffer with some injuries because I didn't take enough pullbacks because I loved the pain so much or are injuries part of this game we play - that's if your doing it right because I don't know any big fucker who hasn't had injuries and set backs but I do know plenty of beach muscle boys who haven't suffered any but come on with clothes on they look like a cunt.

Find it, manipulate it to suit your needs, tweak around with tiny aspects of it and carry on using it to build, repair and maintain something what 80% of people cant achieve. NEVER STOP FIGHTING AND SEARCHING FOR IT.

    This is a lifestyle

Why do people hurt other people in a way what will destroy them for the rest of their life's?
What is wrong with them, we are surrounded by them all over the world ( maybe alittle more in Aus) it makes me sick

That is what really bothers me

Why do people want to hurt/destroy someone else's life

We used to have a good sentencing policy until all the political correctness bull shit. Too many softies nowadays

No my friend the USA have it right even now with some of their softer approaches are still far better then the UK. You hurt someone which could and normally reflects onto other peoples life's like their families they need punishment to the max, not a softly softly approach were we think we can rehabilitate them. You hurt you get punished but these days its fucking shameful

Can't carry on with this but the USA HAVE IT RIGHT

So just got back... No surgery.. Or big surgery that is! So I've had 4-6 operations for complications from the ventral hernia surgery and with each one it gets a higher infection rate and a higher rejection rate on the mesh - so it's really a last resort now - so I do have to get a protruding stitch from my ab wall causing these infections and sparatic openings / they were very surprised at how strong my abdominal/core was due to all these repairs etc -- just so AG Marcus BG ask I did ask them about the best course of action not just getting by now and later BOOM and he gave the above response regarding failure rate and more problematic set backs...

Good news and now just gotta ride this little procedure out

Thx for all the support and I'm sure I'll need to do some more ranting

    Edit: quoted then erased lol

Damn new phone I don't know how to reply or start a new thread but I can quote so just did that lmao.

Just killed my back. Lost my straps so first time in long time without them and surprisingly grip was strong

    Standing lat pds 4 sets

    Low pully hammer machine. 1w 1f 2w (3 45s +25) double drop

    Old school tbar 1f 2w (4 45s x4 ) dd

Seated cg rows 1f 2w one drop

Hypers 3 sets holding 25 and dropping it each time.

Cg pull downs to finish. 2w (was spent by this time)

Snapped a few shots of back. I see a major difference but still small and not anything to brag about lol.
