    Yea I am taking it easy, and what puts pressure on my mind is if I workout that arm even slightly time to time will that interfere with healing of whatever got pierced or torn in there. Im not in Uk so its not nhs here but I dare say tha same boatload of shit. They now do have a record of me as a steroid abuser and I doubt I get much attention asking about some pain caused by the nurse taking bloods, I guess I will go up to the office on monday to see if they get someone to look at it and send me in for some mri or something, seems almost as it only worsens. Here as I try scratch my neck or back I begin to feel that crap in almost every movement of that arm. Lucky enough Im not in any olympic games or something yano

    Other than that Im rocking well man, TRT feeling well, having humble equilibrium feeling, rocking hard at works and in the house etc, life is busy as never, and just when it all starts to roll toward a better direction, got my arms routine perfected in last few weeks, seeing actual growth on almost daily basis, fascia stretching feeling fuller, looking fuller, getting stronger, more contrast, went to give bloods to see my TRT protocol results on the paper and idiot nurse messed up, I hope I heal in a matter of days or weeks, otherwise my arm routine will be put to sleep for a long time... just at the time when found what really worked well.

    If it comes to the worst case scenario I will slowly become legs and torso dominant with chicken-wing like arms

    Very sorry to hear about this IM.

    Did a quick google search to see how frequent this occurs and you are definitely not alone.

    A couple of tests used for nerve injuries would be: EMG (electromyography) or a NCV (nerve conduction velocity).

    If there is nerve damage it would affect muscles below the point of damage, but not above. The difficulty with your biceps that you mentioned on the injury section shouldn't be related.

    Thanks, yea I hear you brother... Bicep part is just odd one and only noticed yesterday about a day later when I began doing something like heavy lifting, during the workout where I was beginning to loose some pulling strength(grasping on suppenating grip form) and after failed workout routine where I was looking at myself in the mirror and when flexing arms I clearly saw my one bicep not being as prominent on the peak and the shape as the other bicep, just not fully flexed. It felt different too, like I seem like something was not allowing me flex it 100%. and this semi-numb bicep feeling almost originates from my fist up the arm when flexing.

    When she entered the needle it stung so bad and the shock-like impulses went trough my arm down the forearm down toward my palm and fingers almost contracting my palm muscles, I told her like "wtf just happened" and she didn't pay much attention to how I jolted in the chair and me being me I just bit my tongue, sat and waited till she finished pulling the bloods...

    I literally spent day today reading about it and watching all kind videos and it seems like some hybrid version of an injury but for the most part I see it as a radial nerve damage. I tried doing some stretching exercises for those nerves and seems both radial and maybe even medial nerves may be affected as I cannot complete those exercises without huge discomfort and some pain.

    3 warm ups
    2w sets of 8+ then DD

    Hack squats
    2Warm up pyramiding up
    2w then 3 drops

    Leg press
    Pyramided up to 9plates aside for 15+ reps then dropped a plate aside till I got to 3 aside and did that 2x non lock
    Killed me

    Extensions
    Leg curls

    Back muscle is still tweaked so no posterior chain yet hence the leg curls

    Totally torched em... Felt great

    Good morning everyone.
    Just arrived from work. Food and my new preworkout, 12 g l-arginine, little beetrootjuice and green tea...no caffein, and man real good pump again. A bit weaker now than when on the roids, but l-arginine gives steroidlikepump and it looks ok
    Chest and tries, and i do that at the public gym tomorrow also. Two in a row works really good for weak bodyparts.

    Hi guys,GGR. Arms are sore the day, just having a lazy day watching tele.

    I was at a wedding reception last night, so i wanted a new shirt. I never wear shirts it's always T shirts. Any way i was in usc and seen a few, what a fucking carry on could i get one to fit. Could i fvck, the one that fitted was a 2XL but the tummy was like a tent.

    The lady was funny she was a good help she said i see you work out you've got big broad shoulders and chest, nothing about ma arms ffs whats that all about eh haha any way. She says there making them for fat ppl now shame for ppl like yous yous need the bigger size but does not fit around Torso.
    So i had to buy a polo shirt XL £55 ffs lol i looked cool though haha. But i was chuffed as i have had a few ppl coment lately and it does feel good.
    I did bump into a guy a know that i have not seen for ages, and the first thing he said was fvck what you on clarky lmfao i told him nothing but he was having none of it but its true am not Oh well thats up to them eh the magic pill and wake up like arny So they think.

    We're going to look for a wee holiday this week only thing is it wont be till next summer piss but av no holidays from work. Sooo that means diet WILL! have to be sorted and lean a bit it will give me a goal to work to.
    I'll tell yous something i never wish time away but i will be glad when this year is done. Endo next month then i'll run a wee test cycle.
    AG, Marcus i'll run the test by yous first to make sure its ok as i'm doing pharma this time.

    I like ur approach BG! I'm really considering going contractor b/c not only do you get all of the packages you sell($$ wise) you can tweak & adjust if they're having say money probs(not problems but)... But being able to let them pay 2x a month, weekly, or even once a month - you can do a flat rate each month and depending on their goals will determine how often they need to train wkly... IMHO, at least 3x wkly is a nice start they can add to it which will determine their rate... I'm really liking this idea and always want to branch off myself too!

    Was a rough night at work last night. Had to have lost 5# water weight.

    Kitchen air is down. I cooked last night for the first time in long time. So working with no air. 2 each 1500 degree broilers 2 500 degree ovens and a 500 degree flat top all with 2 feet of me.

    End of night I could literally ring out my jacket and pants of sweat.

    Arms was:

    Smith cg press 3w 1f 1w dd
    Single arm behind head db 1f 1w 1 drop
    Rope pd 2f 1w new weight ddd
    Straight set reverse straight bar pd into cable kick backs.

    All bis done relatively light weight, every rep had 3-5 second negative. However long and slow I could hold it.

    Single arm preacher hammer strength 2w
    Seated DB curls palms up
    Double bicep cable curls (slightly higher then delts) 2w

    AC actually been out for 2 weeks. They "say" should be fixed Tuesday.

    My cooks are troopers man....but I'm a sweater normally...and add tren to the mix. I was fvcked from the beginning hahhah.

    Knee is the same. Some days good some days are bad.

    Back isn't killing me anymore, but sleeping is still tuff. Rolling over things like that.

    Standing up from a Seated position still get the shock of pain shoot down the leg.

    Tingling in leg/foot. Is almost constant
