My friend I have an extremely powerful job what you wouldn't believe , you could guess 1000 times and never get it right. My grammar isn't a problem I have something on my computer at work what helps me and the don't discriminate not like this fuking site. Anyway this site is bodybuilding not English lesson so if you want toi be a grammar freak your in the wrong thread, if you want to just disregard my comments then your welcome to join the hit club.
I also write very quickly and ive been told at work to slow down because my head thinks faster than I write and the way I think is different than most people because I am dyslexic.

Take the time to evaluate your progress and look for ways to improve. I have found in the last 6 months that intensity is completely a mental game, but a place I can make improvements. I used to sit and catch my breath, now I let it burn in the lungs a little longer and go for it!
Rest/eating...these improve your performance when its time to train. Take them as seriously as you take your training sessions.
A day to rest and dial in the diet sets you up for a killer training session the next day.

Great write up there lads and agreed on your long post re tren etc marcus. I unfortunetly was one of them dummies that jumped into it too early. I have made gains clean for nearly 2 years now that I never thought I would get.
Food training and consistency are the key to this game and getting your head right before lifting. Reat night tonight.

Tomorrow I am going in to do some cardio and core work...
Taking this time off I get confused on weather to drop my call or keep them up... I always get comfused when I take time off on what to do. I have a problem.
When I start back on the 18 doing everything beside lower body and core...I have 6 weeks before vacation to get back in shape..
I am just rambling and venting....sorry guys.

LOL, your humor is one of your many strong points, big guy. People probably think I'm not right in the head because I'll pop my phone out when I am in the grocery or at Dr. office or wherever and catch up on posts or PMs and quite often I break into a huge grin or just flat out bust out laughing.
Yesterday I was in line at the pharmacy and Kel got me chuckling. We were discussing Aveed and he mentioned how they cut the dosage back here because someone got the injections, coughed once, and alarms starting going off so the FDA cut the dosing back from 1000mg to 750mg.
I busted out laughing (we all know Kels sense of humor) and I looked up. Everyone else in the line/queue was looking at me like I was insane. I just shook my head, looked at everyone, and said "Y'all wouldn't understand."

Same here. People at work, etc. ask me if I'm on Facebook. I tell them then no, but I have a page set up for my dogs.
I mean, FFS as you guys say, who honestly has time to do that what with work, lifting, and trying to keep stuff semi sorted around the house and property.
The beanpods at work that have it are always bragging about the number of "friends" their account has. I ask them have you ever interacted or typed a message or conversed with all of them. Invariably the their answer is No.

Here on a forum, we have an exchange of ideas regarding our training, diets, the ups and downs of daily life, etc. and actually do develop friendships.
The Facebook/Fakebook people just seem to click on a page, friend someone, and move on to the next victim.

I love the humor - the woman I meant was throwing cvnt around(in our convo she's says it's a term of endearment) - reminded me of Marcus lol - she is cool as hell tho...
