You look like you have a great base for your first cycle, impressive to see these days usually guys just hop on cycle without even thinking about foundation but you have built something really great.
The gains will be great and the maintenance after the cycle will be a lot better, just keep on track with your food and training and always your mental drive

Big meeting and two holiday parties today. Getting in the Christmas spirit.
I bought an air compressor for the dirty Santa party haha. I'm going to try to steal it back, it's pretty awesome.

Pullback back lift tonight. Looking forward to cracking those walnuts.
Edit: Flopped out on the bed right now listening to some old Pro-Pain and ramping down from work. My male.mastiff up here too with his big @ss head resting on my chest. Think his skull weighs almost as much as a plate .
Life is good right now!Last edited by almostgone; 12-17-2015 at 08:36 AM.

Hey fellas,
I haven't posted in Marcus's thread in some time, but I have been following along nearly daily....I'm actually re-reading from page 1 now to absorb all I can with regard to my current cut on Tren at a 500 cal deficit with a ton of cardio. I know, Marcus says to cut at maintenance with carb cycling and cardio (better to preserve muscle)....I already consulted him and it's better that I stick to what I started already several weeks ago and make fine adjustments as I progress. Fortunately, the Tren is saving my muscle tissue during this extreme cut...I'm currently eating 3000 calories a day (3500 is maintenance) and doing 30-45 min moderate cardio and/or intervals following HIT training for 35-55 minutes 5 days a week.
My lower back has been tender and prone to injury for months, so I decided to change up the leg workouts to alleviate the stress on it and enable a fuller recovery - thus the higher reps and lacking dropsets this leg session:
AM Fasted Cardio:
30 minutes moderate jog on treadmill.
PM Weights:
Warm-up: Incline treadmill: 18 minutes.
Leg Extensions: 20, 15, 12, 10
Lying Leg Curls: 20, 12, 8
Stiff-legged Deads: 15, 10, 8
One-legged BB Squats: 15, 12, 10
BB Squat: 12, 8
Leg Press: 15, 10, 10
Calf Press on Leg Press Machine: 18, 14, 12

Yesterday's delt workout
Warm-up: 10 minutes incline walking
DB Press: 12, 8, 5 drop 2 drop 3, 3 drop 2 (felt I didn't push beyond enough, so added another drop set)
Machine Laterals: 12, 8, 4 drop 3 drop 3 drop 4 (seems I'm dropping too much weight)
Reverse Machine Flyes: 12, 8, 6 drop 3 drop 3 drop 4 (seems I'm dropping too much weight)
Alternating DB raises side to front: 10, 6, 6 drop 3 drop 2
Military Press: 12, 8 drop 3
Cardio: 3 walking, 27 moderate jog, 3 walking, and stretched.
Total weightlifting time: 40 minutes.

Morning guys/gals
I'm just wondering since many gave gotten there wisdom teeth pulled - how long did it take to have no pain? It's only the R side that 2 were taken and obviously makes sense that it would be more sore than the other side... Just curious... Was told 5-6 days and I could start back light at the gym(50-60%) and work up... Just wanted some others feedback also!
Great sessions guys... I'm getting very antsy about getting back in there but also know whats best!
Have a kicka$$ day everyone... Enjoy Igi! get it back lol

So conspiracy at work while I was gone
Always say never trust anyone.
Every manager stabbed me in the back even the same ones that text me what the other ones r doing wrong.
They all went to district manager and complained that I don't talk to them basically about my personal life.
And that the week or too before I was quiet and stand off ish. ( yeah the weeks my wife was in the hospital and we weren't sure what was wrong with her and the baby I was quiet at work)
These fvcking ****s.
I'm so infuriated I don't even know what else to say about all this.
Just had to vent guys....

Sorry man, that pisses me off for you. Hopefully your DM is reasonable enough of a person to understand that it's none of anyone's business and not hold it against you. There's nothing you did wrong.

Typical well almost typical restaurant....
2 managers including the district used this as an example of why I'm an ass...
I didn't text them when my baby was born.
U know what, they never even crossed my mind to text honestly. One guy has made it very clear he doesn't like me. But he said "when the employees asked me if we had the baby, "i" looked like an idiot cause I didn't know"

This is not the first time, if I remember correctly, right? Your co-workers have complained about you before because you weren't 'nice enough'.

Safla80 I own my own business for the past 4 years and very successful at the and I started with 5 grand and you know what grew my business..... hating corporate America I was a bitch toy for so long and I hated it so damn bad that I went out on my own on something I really love and to this day a situation almost exactly as your pushed me to do it I told my regional manager to grow a pair and leave my wife and new born child who is in the ICU and he fired me... i didn't want to get fired but it got me out on my own and all the better for it. I think we can all only be under someone's shoe for so long.sorry rant over it just reminded me of my situation. I hope it all smooths out for you brother..

I usually don't offer too much advice about work, Sfla, but in this case I would remind them that in addition to getting your health issues squared away AND taking care of your wife who is pregnant, they seem to have forgetten something very important:
The f-in phone lines run both ways. I honestly think a decent boss/manager would have taken the time to text you to see how things were going and check.to see if you needed anything.
I wouldn't fly off on a rant when I told them, but I would point that out.
Sorry you're having to deal with this sh!t, man. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

I think it is universal that there are lazy shytes everywhere. One of the guys in the shop is 46 years old and he walks in the door every morning planning on ways to get out of work instead of actually doing the job he is paid to do.
Don't get me wrong, no one can go 110% day in and day out, but this loser spends more time playing on his phone and fvcking off than he does working. Then of course he pencil whips his time/lies about the amount of time he works. I completely avoid him unless it is necessary to get work done because my first instinct is to pick him up and throw him through the nearest wall.
My boss always asks me how I manage to get so much work done and handle most of the sh!t jobs that others want to send to an outside shop and I always give him the same answer. "I work and try to do a good job. I may not be the best or fastest machinist around, but I always try to do what I think is right.". Of course, it just flies right over my boss's head. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
