I was contemplating on how to address the fortnight comment. Thank you for freeing my mind.

My damn shoulder is such a mind fvk at this point - snd im one false movement away from tearing this thing outta the socket or snapping it right in half - that's how it feels... However, im doing movements that I've not done since I wasn't hurt so it's helping with my shoulder... I know it's a structural problem but I know I can improve it(ROM PAIN ETC)

Regardless I will never quit trying to improve upon my wellbeing

Im learning to Marcus.... I needed to re-evaluate my pullbacks and take my time due to the shoukder probs - This may havd been the best thing for my body at this particular time - haven't lost any strength, and my shoulder had never felt this good(not that it doesn't hurt lol but no where near what I was going thru a month back)... Im very excited to restart HIT in a few wks - I don't want to rush it as I am feeling relief for the first time in years!

Thanks for the tips and instant motivation as always!

Calves are tight as hell today. Took a stretch almost to the point of cramp, on accident, and wow my calf is hurting like a bitch. Tomorrow morning will be damn near DOMS-paralysis. Yaaay!

Today off for me, working in the office. Blah Blah Blah.

Hitting arms tomorrow. Going to add an exercise or two, including a couple that Nach mentioned last week.

May throw in shoulders as well. I usually don't press, but I may throw in a set of DB presses to change it up. Never to failure after rotator cuff destruction about 15 years ago. Lots of lateral raises lots of negatives... hoping to hit them w arms...if not, maybe the next day.

Heading down for back and shoulders. Couldn't train after lunch #1 so had to have light lunch #2 (protein drink and bagel) and now I'm mentally ready. Just couldn't go down there hungry thinking I should have eaten more. Boy this nutrition crap F's with my head?

HIT principles never change imho even with injury all you do is adapt.

what you have done is starting to train with someone and take on his principles which wont work in the long run, your not rehabbing your injury, your injury is here to stay its all working around it. Don't be a follower be a leader. Try TUT pre exhaust, super sets, 4 warm up blood flushing before the working set, there are many ways to work around an injury, injury is part of the game, anything is possible with HIT but trust me and I know you will tell me in 6 months time you lost size or you haven't grown, all your doing is pumping up, there is no force or intensity, you say intensity but its not if your doing 3x 15 reps, your going through the motions for a pump. Just my thoughts and I hope it works out but never ever change what works adapt it not change the whole process.

Again just my thoughts and hope it works out for you
I never did say I was going to keep doing this for 6 months?! Don't know where that came from - im simply letting my shoulder open up - im going back to HIT as its put more size like nothing else on me ever has - I can't wait to go back to full bore HIT but atm this helping pull my scap back into place and my delts will sit farther back... Im not following anyone - it's helping my shoulder regardless of what you think. It's not felt this good in a long time... Im still overloading weight too(adding to the set or drop setting still... No it's not HIT atm but it's helping me get ready for my next assault I put my body thru! I don't think I was doing a proper pullback and it caught up to me physically - im using a little more volume(failing between 7-10 then less and less) but still failing at each set and the forced teps into negs become more and more during the 3sets - the difference is i havd a spotter now and im failing in our rep range yet going beyond any failure protocol I've ever used since I have a spotter but including forced teps and negs I'll hit a total of 15 reps) so 5-8forced reps each set... How's that holding back(im asking)?

Also, not just going thru the motions or Id be hitting 15 reps without failing and that would be going thru the motions, correct?! Each set my reps drop so I must be hitting true positive failure or I my forced reps into negs wouldnt be going up... Yet they are... You always said not to put a fixed # of reps in our head... So I dont - I go until I can't move the weight then I get more forced into negs each set - I'll get to a point where im only hitting 6reps outta 15 but I RP it for another 1-2 then get my forced into negs until I hit that 15th rep(it's just not by myself) so it can't just be a pump.... Please elaborate so I understand.... And im not arguing that what im doing is HIT atm... It's not but im also not ready for full bore hit either yet!

I'll have to remember that, Clarky. I'm using this Droid RAZR until the battery absolutely doesn't have an erg of energy left in it. Dang phones are crazy expensive.

Edit: Looking forward to seeing the pics. I'll keep an eye on the photo booth thread. ,

I get a lot of pm's about ugl's, many telling me about how bad some are with dosing, scamming or sometimes how good they are, these go into my database and I have a intense log of many ugl's and sources. So when I get a source check I can give a good solid opinion, not just one members opinion but many. Some members listen to me and some don't usually the guys who don't come back after they have been scammed or under dosed or stopped growing and say hey you was right.

People don't know how ugls work, I have 2 friends who are some of the biggest in the UK and they sell half dosed ger, quarter dosed and sometimes complete fake, this goes on with all ugls because that's why there are so many mixed reviews, they give you a mixture of different dosed gear. The winner is the ugl company taking money out of your pocket.

If any of these newbies ever try pharm they know what gear does and feels like, but instead many believe that their ugl actually supplies top athletes and thousands of people, yet one day they will go and scam everybody and re open in another name.

Shame many don't understand or want to believe the true inside jobs these ugls are doing.

Hey guys, glad all is well, seems talk went a bit to the strange side around here.

You know we just went through my wife being sick, you guys were great with all your encouragement, she's almost 100%, I just have to get her back to training.

So I have an old school friend, was a bouncer when I was clubbing, he was crazy at 280 at the time but watched over, kept me safe. He had drug issues, was homeless years later but we stuck as friend and I tried to be there as much as posible. My wife and I had lunch with him 4 weeks ago, he just got off methadone, completed rehab and was doing the best Ive seen in 20 years. I got him on trt, he was training, eating like a monster. I was supposed to go train with him(he wanted me to show the guys in his gym whats up lol) but I had issues with my wife, then she got sick. So three weeks went by and I went to finally call him and I found out he died last week. Crushed me, real bad. I was all he had and I wasnt a very good friend, to busy with myself. I was messed up for few days, but Ive come to terms with things. Guys, if theres people in your life that you need to talk to, do it. Dont put it off. Make amends, swallow your pride if need be and be the bigger person. Life is short and can be cut off at any time, you never know. Another hard life lesson. Im heading up tomorrow to find out what happened and hopefully get his ashes. Slow down, make time.

so I'm failing in the 5-8(sometimes less) rep range then finishing off the muscle w/forced reps into negatives(5-8 forced reps or more sometimes - digs pretty damn deep into my muscle fibers - something is surely working ATM...

we did negative training today for chest! It was awesome!

Had a great w/o - chest delts! I'll leave it at that since it's not HIT atm!

What you say about making time is so true, BG, but ease up on yourself, buddy. You stayed true to your friend and even now that he has moved on, you are still watching over him. Look at how much you helped him accomplish with his addiction issues, helped him with his hormone issues, trained together, and I'm sure there are many things you aren't mentioning.
You mentioned how he watched over you back in the day. He wouldn't have done that unless he had much love for you.
Your friend is still with you, buddy, and he knows you are still taking care of him, just as he watched over you.
You have my deepest sympathies, buddy.

we had a trouble with the licence. Someone got bottled last year. So now we close at 2am. 8pm start, so a 6 hour shift isn't too bad at £12/hr.

BG, these situations are always nearly impossible to deal with because in life, there are no situations that help us understand or deal with death. In my experience the only thing that seemed to help was being around family, friends, or just being around people. So if you're feeling down and feeling alone, pop in here; we are always here for you.

BG I'm happy to hear your wife is almost 100%, and I'm very sorry and sad to hear about your friend. I can't imagine how you must feel, but please don't blame yourself. That's not at all fair to you, and he had addictions that influenced his decisions and those decisions and addiction are what got ahold of him, not any kind of negligence on your part.

It sounds like you were, in fact, a very good friend to him. You cannot blame yourself. Real sorry brother.
