I've used it and it doesn't take much, like everything else it blasts my hematocrit. I prefer TNE or test suspension if I'm going to use something other than whey with coffee.
If you can find good var, I've found that 20 mg/ day for a couple of weeks here and there blends in well with TRT?

Decided to wait until tonight to hit legs, I've been working too much and needed some rest this weekend. At work tonight, but looks like.it may go smooth/ possibly finish up an hour or two early.

That last sentence probably just jinxed me, we'll see.

If I use it I will for a pre w/o sometimes on a blast... If not its tough to dial in your AI if your only taking it once a day(it's half life is way too short(and 2-3x a day pinning to keep stable levels but it does its job... Wanted to try the blend w/the d-Bol if I didn't get hurt(I believe it was 50:50(1:1) or 75/25mg/ml)

That smell of TNE is so distinct

Haha yeah it makes me smell like chemistry lab.

To be honest I think my prl or e2 is elevated, maybe that's why I don't feel it like you.

    Have labs on Monday morning.

Day started with an argument over politics with the wife...no pre-workout needed, I went straight down into the dungeon and tore it up. Feeling better now, but she went to her moms so here I am barbecuing meat alone. Gotta love hormones.

Chest today: 39 minutes. Followed advice and increased my flys (no cables in my home gym, unfortunately).

    Incline DB Flyes: 40x18, 50x10, 60x9, 75x5 drop 70x2 drop 65x2
    Flat DB Flyes: 50x11, 60x9, 75x5 drop 70x2 drop 65x2
    Incline DB Press: 60x10, 75x6 drop 70x2 drop 65x2
    DB Bench Press: 50x12, 60x8, 70x6 drop 65x3 drop 60x3
    Straight-arm DB Pullover: 90x11, 90x8, 90x7

Then, I did the "So you want abs workout" from the training forums.

Was planning legs today...knee is too much pain. That wine dinner Friday night fcked me up.

Had surgery scheduled in 2 weeks. But I'm canceling it. can't put the baby and 2 dogs on the wife to take care of.

Plus I don't want to spend the money. My deductible is about 3k left. Better things to do with the money for now

    Yes, that's it.

I'm not implying that it will circumvent the need for surgery, but it may relieve some of your pain.

I'm pretty sure I found out about it from a thread Roman wrote, but I can't find it right now.

My mom is a runner and use to get biannual knee injections.

She hasn't needed to get them for over two years after taking msm.

    Might give it a shot.

    Torn meniscus here.

I think my job makes it worse on me.

Had one cortisone shot. Then he planned on 2 more shots but different types each.

But cortisone didn't help any. So he ended up saying there is no point to continue. And his option is surgery

Honestly he said it depends on when he goes in. Explain it like clipping a finger nail. At first.

    Then determine after that.

And yes on my feet minimum 12grs a day.

Back and forth. Twisting and turning a good 4 hours of it

Pretty muggy here. It was 84°F and 72% humidity at lifting time. Really pushed myself tonight and I believe I'll still keep legs in under an hour even when it gets in the 90-100°F range; 1:10 tops.
Feeling semi-strong but had several episodes where it feels like.your whole body is burning. Probably just fat leeching out of my pores.

    2 sets of crunches
Leg extensions- 2 w/u, Work-16,drop,7+,drop,6+ with a 10 count hold on last partial
Jeffersons- Work- 15 reps w/ left foot forward and 15 reps with right foot forward
    Hacks-1 w/u, Work-10 - 4 - 2.
Reverse hacks- Work- 9 good reps.
Leg press - Work1- 10 strong reps. Drop a little weight. Work2- 14 good reps.
Was running short on time so went straight to:
    Seated calf raises- Work-14+,drop,9+
    Seated leg curls- Work-14 - 4 - 3+ w/10 count hold on last partial.
Glanced at clock and said Fvck it and went ahead and grabbed a working set of standing calf raises before stripping plates off of leg press:
    Standing calf raises- Work-14 - 4.

46 minutes not including crunches Also, I noticed that when I stretch hams with toe touches, I can get a really good stretch in mid to low back if I push out my obliques first. So, yet another application for breathing and bracing.

Morning guys and gals!!! I hope everyone had a great weekend. It was Hot Hot Hot here in Va. Had a great weekend though. Hope everyone has a good Monday.

I have thought about starting cycle this week. I am going to workout here in a few then Decide on how my wrist feels afterwards. I want to make sure I can with stand 6-7 weeks of hard HIT training with the wrist. I don't want to waist it. So we shall see.

Have a good day everyone!! Kill it.

Hello follower Hit'ers, got my appointment with my consultant at the Haematology Clinical Team tomorrow. I'm hoping to be signed off and discharged if not I wont be happy. Then ive got to see the doctor in a couple of weeks regarding my TRT. I hope everything gets sorted out but this is a huge dark cloud whats been over me for months.

Training isn't to my normal standard and my body doesn't react to in the same way, I know what maintains it and I know what helps to improve it but I do have to train in a certain way which is a very intense protocol but that's the only way to keep freaky otherwise this shit just drops off no matter what I do. I think my body knows if I don't feed it what its been use to for many years

Work schedule is intense at times and very hard to relax, also my personal projects/hobbies are keeping me busy so not been sleeping well and wont be for the next 5 days or so then I should be fine to catch up.
    almostgone and Bodacious like this.

I had my levels tested back in March and my vit d level was at 25.

I have been taking 10,000 iu everyday since then plus some vit A and zinc

Haven't tested since then but I think it is helping some
