I hear ya, buddy, and the karma wheel keeps on spinning. . Literally as soon as I made my last post, work called. Wanted to know if I was coming in this weekend and I told them yes on Saturday night. Said they needed a part made for next week. Told them "Sure, I'll get on it Saturday night". Think they wanted me to come in tonight. Pffft, as if.

The antibiotics should begin kicking here in a day or two. Just rest and eat what it takes to keep your size now. You should be good to start back light training within a week and then that still gives you till end of June to pack on a tad more size before prep.

Great session did chest and a wee bit legs.
Cable fly 1 working DD. **new weight**
Slight incline db press 1 working 1 drop
Hammer press 1 working 1 drop
Slight incline fly 1 working 1 drop
Leg press 1 working DD
Seated calf raises 3 sets high rep
Done.
The leg press is the one where your pushing it up a incline you know what a mean AG knows lol.
Love the seated calf raises A can really load the fvcking load it up.
Chest was great really pushing it shaking like fvck on the db press. Good session chinky the night well in about 20min lol.

Great week of training - daily DOMS like I've not had in a long time, thanks all for the motivation of this thread.
Rough day today, slept late, ate x 2, trained, ate, napped, time to eat again soon, then going out to dinner later.

I'm surely seeing my body needing the rest - but I'm chomping at the bit to do something... Hopefully this next appointment will be soon - and I think the best way to go is actually getting some mesh back in there... We'll see!

So I heard this is where I have come to get big.
I'm on a cut and my leg workouts have been suffering because of cardio.
I have no issues getting to 10% on diet alone, but I'm trying to hit the mythical 5% in the next 17 days.
I usually do wind sprints on a recumbent bike because they seem to burn the most amount of calories per time.
What kind of cardio do you guys do on a cut that minimally interferes with your legs days?

Decline chest
Chest press
Seated cable flys ( amazing what 5 lbs does to form )
Standing cable press
Wood chop hi to low
30 min incline tabatas 20 seconds run 10 sec walk. Killer. Every time.
Legs still sore from Friday. Irritated the right rotator cuff. Note to RC. Get used to it honey. Lol

Do the stair master 4 days a week for 30 min and the treadmill at 6% incline for 30. Lay off cardio on leg day.
To get to 5-6% you'll probably need twice a day cardio sessions along with a perfected diet, water manipulation.
