Absolutely. I always donate when I can. When they first diagnosed with my clotting disorder years ago, I figured I would get deferred, but Factor V Leiden patients are allowed. Now that I've met this phlebotomy student, it makes this soooo much easier.
No more 1 meter lengths of tubing full of one big clot because I couldn't get the blood flowing fast enough.
I mentioned it to Marcus, but when she drained off ~ 1.5 pints last week, the whole dang jug of it clotted on the ride home which took almost 20 minutes. Decent lift, felt good. The slight change in angle of the back of my bench from perpendicular to maybe 20° or so less than perpendicular really feels much better on my shoulders and seems.to hit anteriors better on the d'bell presses. Think I'll stick with it for 5-6 weeks and then alternate the two after that.
Bracing the foot on the bar of my Smythe machine helped a shit load on the face pulls. That was what I needed because it really isolates the posteriors soooo much better that way. Still get just a tad of trap activation, but as close as the muscles are I guess it's unavoidable.
RC exercises and broomstick stretches
D'bell shoulder press- 2 w/u, Work- 8+, drop,4,drop,2+ w/ a 10 count hold on last partial. Rest for almost a minute. Work2- 4 reps w/ a slow 5 count positive and negative. Big burn doing that.
Seated side laterals- 2 w/u, Work-8+,drop,1+,drop,2+ w/ 10 count hold on last partial.
Face pulls- 1 w/u, Work-12+,drop,5+ w/ a 10 count neg on last partial. I did have my FID bench setup about 2 steps back in case something let go.
B'bell shrugs- 2 w/u, Work1 ( front)- 6+,drop,7+ w/ a 10 count hold on last partial. Work2 (rear)- 6+ - 4+ w/ a 10 count on last partial. Had to rest pause the rear shrugs, about smoked at this point.
D'bell shrugs- 80s until I couldn't get another rep then held it for a long 10 count.
40 minutes not including RC exercises and broomstick stretches.

Did have one thing happen to me that hasn't happened since my last tren run years ago; I actually had my glucose level drop. Not see why it did, I lifted hard last night, but no more than my usual efforts.
I had 30g WPI w/ 1/4 cup of oats, 3 spoons of instant coffee, and L-arginine pre-lift, 30g WPI post lift w/ glutamine peptides, about 2 hours after that I ate 50g of plain shredded wheat, and about an hour later, I ate 2 oz. of homemade jerky. Not along after that I got shaky as fvck and broke out sweating. Checked my glucose and it checked 62 mg/dL. Went ahead and ate lunch and felt much better within 20 minutes.

tris/chest/delts workout
Im gonna stick with HIT for bodyparts I believed I was better off with higher volume, however I will slip in extra sets (HIT style) with lower weights, got to get them fibers torn properly

murdered it, delts are so shot, so is chest and tris, had weird experience, strength has been up a little and pump in delts unlike ever before, can it be sign of test breaking loose?

I'll play it by how I feel for a few more days. I may start throwing a cup of plain yogurt w/ berries in w/ my work food and eat that instead of the homemade jerky.

OK fella's, work was great but started to self destruct. I messed up and didnt run enough wires for the pavilion shades, not sure what Im going to do about it yet, thats for monday. Having a light trim issue, architect, the financial adviser and lighting designer all involved but Im pretty sure it wasnt my mistake. Im praying things dont fall apart on me at the end here.
So I went in monday/wed and hit break in workouts since I took a week off. Worked late today but still got legs in, but took pre-workout at 7, so Im wide awake now, oh well, Ill just sleep in tomorrow.
Keep training hard guys and keep me in your prayers (if you pray) that these last two weeks of my job go smooth.

Morning everyone.
Been up since 4am. Baby have a little cold. Still in good mood but he's stuffy so couldn't sleep.
Been cleaning house all morning when he passed back out lol. I had my coffee so not going back to bed.
Have a country concert tonight and then one more day of work ( first father's day for me and they decided they wanna open at 10am so I'll be there all day) but after that I'm on vaca for a week.
Eating now and letting wife sleep till 9 then I'm off to kill my arms

Bent over DB curls. 2f 1w (went heavier then normal for a change 45s) dd
Seated DB curls (no rotation ) 2w 1 drop (lack of dbs for more drops)
Ez bar reverse grip curls 2w
1 set DB hammers and ran the rack. Started 50s ended 25s.
