Very short rest periods tonight. May drop back to super setting flyes and presses in a few weeks? Really focused on keeping the shoulder blades pinched back, bracing, and using the upper back as a shelf to press from.

    RC exercises and broomstick stretches

    Incline flyes- 2 w/u, Work-5+,drop,1+,drop,3+,drop,2+.
    Incline press- 2 w/u, Work- 3+,drop,2+,drop,3+.
    Flat flyes-2 w/u, Work-8+,drop,3+,drop,3+.
    Flat press-1 w/u, Work- 7+,drop,3+,drop,4+.
Wrist curls w/dry bar and palms up to failure superset with seated hammer curls to fail.

33 minutes not including RC exercises and stretches.

Destroyed chest last week and arms this weekend.

Appreciate all of your constant inspiration and the techniques shared here.

My training is forever changed due to this thread and I am grateful.

May hit calves tonight, but my shin was feeling very sore and painful this morning during a walk...not sure what the deal is but if it continues to improve throughout my day I may go for it.

Right on. and seriously...kick some ass today.

Feeling a bit frustrated... RCs have been killing me(& R shoulder is on fire doing nothing) I need to do some rolling as my hips and lower body are tight too!

I'm going to go in and hit a little bit of everything(upper).... Maybe some light deads to wake up the posterior chain(snatch grip - as I feel my hips are going to need some more ROM and I'm sure my form needs pulling back in(tight)

Haven't trained in a week. Due to having an infection that absolutely smashed me. Managed to do hideous crossfit on saturday last but that was the nail in the coffin for me completely wrecked me tbh. Will hit a 4 day training split on the trot from thurs as my diet will be back on track etc have lost some fat due to barely managing 1200 cals the last few days.

As always some amazing progress in here lads I try to read as much as I can but this thread moves so fast it is hard.

16 weeks after my trt shot I am still 838 ng/dl,

I am on every 12 weeks which is up from every 11 weeks,

they look at me and think I am on steroids , at 16 weeks mark I feel terrible and feel like I am in hell.

I hope they don't extend my therapy again

Lots of errands today and also shot day. Hoping to get it done quickly and get home in time for legs tomorrow evening. Cheat is woefully sore.

    Good Morning everyone!

Marcus, I'm reminded about a bit of dialog from a movie in which they classified people into those who liked roller coasters and those who liked merry go rounds.

With roller coasters there's always the ups and downs, the apprehensions, the rushes. Something tells me you sure ain't one for merry go rounds! Hang in there, the ride will get better in time. I know I'm a newbie here, but I've been around for a bit & have seen my share.

Sorry, just trying to pay back for the words of encouragement you gave me.

Coffee, creatine, then back & biceps.

Well took nachs advise I didn't go in today.

Faught it though...wife came home last night and was like I got a free training session. I'm like how did you do that. Trainer said his client canceled so offered her a session for free. I'm like r u serious he was hitting on you. Trainers (especially ours at la) don't just give that for free. Told her he was trying to get with her. Lol. She denies it but wanted to see this fvker today.

Anyways can't get wild up right now. Got a cardiologist apt up here in about an hour lol.

    Kill it today guys

I've been seeing a bunch of your pics, so I wanted to be part of the fun & took this prior to my workout today. A little unhappy about the belly, but considering I started at 30% bf I live with it for now. Its time is definitely coming though, now that I'm satisfied my new hips can handle the stress of regular cardio. Finished back and biceps today, did some drop sets with my final rowing and biceps movement to completely torch everything. Headed back tonight for cardio and abs.

So your shot is at 12 weeks but you are at 16 now?

Had my first shot 2 weeks ago, and felling awesome this week, great training sessions... well considering I was at 200 its not a surprise. Going for another at 6 weeks mark.
Thinking of grabbing some tren too

Ah, and wearing large clothes when going to the doctor helps lol

    Hams and shoulders:

Deadlifts: do this on a stand so can really go deep, almost touching my feet, really slow. Couple of warm up set, loaded 265lbs, grip failed at 8th rep, I know should have brought wraps, back and hams were still strong, wrapped towel around bar and did another 6 reps 30secs later. Got out of stand really dizzy and seeing lights all over. This really hits my hams, will be sored for a few days for sure.

Good mornings: 1 feel set, loaded 220lbs, got good form 8 reps going to parallel, but dont advice doing this without belt. I hate wearing belt and my leather belt was mouldy, living by the beach does this to leather, need to retire my old belt with something not leather, any suggestions? A couple of novice guys were looking at me wandering what the hell was I doing lol

Lying leg curl: 1 feel set, 1 work set. Hams pretty wasted by now.

Hammer shoulder press: prefer the smith machine but it was too busy, after the euro cup game everybody rushed in . 2 warmups, 1 feel, 1 working set, 3 dropsets.

dumbbell front raise: 1 feel, 2 work sets, dropset on final. Hard to go to heavy, prefer maintain good form and go slow.

Lateral raise machine: 1 feel, 1 work set, full rack 6 reps a few more half reps, dropset a few times till almost no weight and almost cant lift my arms.

Lateral dumbell raise: 1 feel, 1 work with 45's for 6-7, dropset the dumbell rack till cant lift 15 lbs dumbells lol

Wife finnished the stupid cycle class so it was time to get home for dinner

Keep a log of it daily, Sfla. Try to take it when you first wake up and again towards the end of your day. Maybe you could stand a slight decrease in your BP meds (think you were on a beta blocker)?
Anyway, after I got settled in on Coreg, my dosage had to be reduced once. My BP at the Dr. office this morning was 110/60, but when I'm irked of Hct is up, it is more like 120-130 ish/80ish.

Yes sir, 750mg. As Kel, so wisely put it, " someone coughed when they got one of the shots and the FDA responded in the usual manner".
When I took a copy of my insurance provider's HRT guidelines to my Dr., they had added testosterone undecanoate to the formulary. She was glad to see insurance companies start to cover this because she likes the long ester.
Right now, we're still tinkering with my dosage on Deop-test. After it gets settled. I'll drop back to self injections, and then will discuss Aveed with the Dr. at my next appointment.

Slept like a champ today. Didn't get legs in, but will bit them tomorrow. Have a couple of errands left to do in the morning, but should get home at a decent time if the WU office isn't a PITA

    Legs today went like this:

Extensions: Moderate weight, slow and controlled, 15-20 reps 2 sets
Squats: Went into these real quick after extensions. One heavy for 13 deep reps then dropped 90 for 7 more. 20 if my math is correct...
Smith lunges: two sets heavy, 12 reps or so. Didn't feel like loading up the vertical press today.
Seated leg curls: two sets heavy, 8-10 reps with drop on last.
    Usual calf crap.

    Gonna be sore tomorrow.

Had my regular TRT blood work done Monday...

Apparently I was mistaken to think I could run EQ @ 600 and NPP @150/week with Testosterone @ my low TRT dose and still be fine on the results....oooops.

Not sure what the doctor/TRT management company will do in response....lol

My testosterone topped the limits of the total testosterone test as over 1500, my free testosterone topped the limits as over 50, and my Estradiol was under the minimum of the range as below 5....

Regardless, I'm thinking I need to drop my Anastrozole dosage from .25 E2D to E3D or even E4D as that Estradiol level is a little low.

I was intending to up my testosterone by 200/week after these blood labs, but I'm sure they will make me re-test now, so I better hold off....

Had my first shot 2 weeks ago, and felling awesome this week, great training sessions... well considering I was at 200 its not a surprise. Going for another at 6 weeks mark.
Thinking of grabbing some tren too

Ah, and wearing large clothes when going to the doctor helps lol
My trt is every 12 wks 1000mgs TU Nebido. But ive had to leave the shot and go to 16 wks because my test was off the chart again so they wanted to see my test come down, so that was 16 weeks since my last shot

I suppose it's possible; not sure how to know for sure. Neither EQ nor NPP raise testosterone levels ?

I'm like r u serious he was hitting on you. Trainers (especially ours at la) don't just give that for free. Told her he was trying to get with her. Lol. She denies it but wanted to see this fvker today.

Anyways can't get wild up right now. Got a cardiologist apt up here in about an hour lol.

    Kill it today guys

Google nandrolone and ECLIA testing. It has skewed T readings for some people, while the MS/MS testing doesn't. I think Chauffeur posted some info in a thread in the TRT forum with values. Believe Deca was the culprit in his case, but it is still nandrolone.

Edit: Here's the thread and his post is #16.

I'm not saying the NPP is defo the culprit, but perhaps a possibility?

IC - this was the testing I was referring to. When telling you Nandrolone can effect T readings - it's a specific test
I couldn't think of who posted this...

    Thx AG
