    Damn, didn't recover enough from last night's workout for today's chest and triceps, plus no carbs is not helping. Didn't lose strength, still pushing around weights I hadn't done in 30 years, just didn't have the same aggressiveness . . . . . . didn't fart though.

    Back and shoulders a bit ago. Went into it with my back still feeling fatigued from squats Wednesday. Which is why I rarely dead lift anymore. But anyway...

    D handle pull downs
    Smith bent over rows
    Low cable rows
    Shrugs

    Smith front press
    Dumbell press
    Laterals
    Rear laterals over bench

    Was expecting a mediocre workout but everything clicked and it turned out to be a great one! Love those days.

    That sucks, never had it but I heard you really have to baby that with healing time and stretching. Good luck.

    Im in a bad spot, Im mentally f'd with squatting. I went from 405 for 12-15 to struggling with 365 for 10. I cant even get a good steady set. This week was supposed to be a fresh start, kick ass, but I ate to late, someone tried to take my rack for shoulder presses (I almost kicked him in the balls) so I rushed in not warming up enough. My working set sucked, I wobbled forward on 8. I dropped and hit a real good burn out set though. So after being pissed off I put in some thought while fronting. I think without work right now I need to warm up a lot more. Maybe some cardio to get the blood flowing more. I do light presses on a machine and extensions with stretch normally. It wasnt until the 5th set, the drop that my legs felt strong and pumped. Crazy thing is I raised my trt to 350 and I became a cunt......maybe its estrogen related? I dont know but it sucks. Anyways rant over..............

    Legs

    Back squats-sucked monkey ass (you know the ones with the big pink swollen ass cheeks)
    Fronts-nice med weight, deep sets of 10
    Leg press-Low foot, deep, no lock, heavy, made myself pay for the squats. Last set 4 reps.
    Extensions-Med weight paused 4 sets, then 2 sets of heavy normal to failure
    Legs press machine-very low foot, very close, press to calve extension. One motion.

    Done. 2 hours lol.

    BB bent over rows(w/3sec pause) s/s'd w/hammer grip DB rows(both arms)
    3x 8-15/6-10

    Seated rows U handle
    3x 12-15

    One arm DB rows
    3x 8-15

    **Edit**
    Finished w/heavy DB side laterals
    3x10 DD

    Back was full of blood felt great - didn't want to push too hard but stomach felt strong

    Then we did 6rounds of Mas-Wrestling(google if you don't know) fun as hell and I was the champ lol - helps w/raw power very dynamic and increases mobility flexibility agility etc - was fvkin fun
    First day back felt great I'll be sore as hell tomorrow

    I used to do them that way years ago as well but think about it. It really defeats the purpose of the exercise, changes it's effect and turns it into a type of rowing motion. I do enough rows.

    I know you workout at home but I love when I have a partner there so I can load a heavier weight and have them assist the last few inches to get the bar to my chest and then focus on the squeeze while holding the weight there for a 1second count.

    Definitely a little cooler lifting early a.m. but the humidity is still there. 78°F and 93% humidity and steam was just flying off of me. Took me a little longer than usual, but got a lot done.

    RC exercises and broomst stretches
    Incline flyes- 2 w/u, Work-6+,drop,1+,drop,2+,drop,2+. Nice tingling sensation all over after these.
    Incline press- 2 w/u, Work1-5+,drop,2+,drop,2+ reps w/ a really slow 3 count neg on partials.
    Rested for just over 1 minute. Work2- 7+ reps w/ a slow 3 count on last partial.
    Flat flyes- 2 w/u, Work - 8+,drop,2+.
    Flat press- 1 w/u, Work-5+,drop,1+,drop,4+. Slow 5 count neg. on all partials.
    Wrists curls w/ dry Oly bar- palms up and palms down to failure. Superset w/ :
    Seated hammer curls to failure..
    At the last minute I decided to roll my bench over to my Smythe machine and threw some weight on the bar and did a neg only rep of flat bench press. Held it somewhere between 1/2-2/3 of the way into rep for as long as I could.

    51 minutes not including the RC exercises and stretches.

    Had my post lift shake and shower before I posted earlier. Given my current "windy" condition, I decided egg whites and oats may not be the best choice for a meal. Instead, I opted for 2 cans of tuna, mixed w/ 1 cup of WW penne pasta, and a chopped jalapeño pepper.

    Good morning, Finally out of bed, I was so hungry I was shaking. Got breakfast in and need some caffeine to get the motor running. I have some tightness and discomfort in my forearm. Going to run some voltaren in and see if that helps. Going to have to gauge my workout today around this.

    Hi guys, GGR I did bi's & tri's friday morning. Forgot to write it up lol a was packing.

    Incline db curls 1 working +RP DD

    Db preacher 1 working +RP 1 drop

    Drag curls 3 sets. (Smith)

    Tri pd 3 sets. S bar

    Behind head tri ex 3 sets. V bar

    Dips 1 set

    Done, and fvcking destroyed them. They are still in bits, hope everyone has a great/safe wk end.
    Just managed to get internet on ma phone lol not easy in the wilderness haha so had to write it up lol. I'll catch up the mora fellas,Girly.

    I just woke back up, had my eggs, went back to bed and its now noon. Legs got me good....plus I might be a little lazy I think Im going to give my body a rest today, Ive been going real hard. Maybe just abs and cardio.

    Yes because I have issues before. I think it was all the pressing thursday because my shoulder felt good finally. Im going to stretch them more and rest them. Thanks buddy
