    Yes but I wouldn't trust "hex" from a ugl. Most "close to pharma" like alpha call it the old og name parabolin. I just dont see a ugl making hex, it wouldn't be worth it to them, they would just put tren -e in it.

    Wow ok...i honestly never heard of hex before this source. I'll obviously keep this blast updated here. On how it goes.

    Source carries all 4...hex, ace, e, and no Ester. And never knew about tren no Ester eithwr. He has a mix tne/tren no Ester too. But out of stock. Was curious about

    Let's see if I even get it first then we will go from there lmao.

    Got arms in today early..... Had a great session with a few drops sets and super sets.

    Work is crushing me this week. 72hrs on the clock as of right now. I still have to get in back and delts with traps.

    Well, I almost bypassed lifting tonight, but the wife reminded me how pissed I would be at myself, so I got it in gear and pushed myself past the dry heave point tonight. Right at the end I thought I was headed for the floor, but I managed to grab a seat on my bench and grab some air. With no AC and these temps, I really need to give legs and back closer to an hour.

    1 set of crunches
    Leg ext.- 2 w/u, Work-17+,drop,4+,drop,7+ w/ a slow 12 count hold on all partials.
    Jefferson squats- Work- 15 reps/side.
    Hacks-1 w/u, Work-10 - 3. The first 10 were rough but managed to rest pause and grab 3 more reps.
    Reverse hacks- Work- 10 solid reps.
    Leg press- Work1- 10 good reps. Rest 1 minute and drop a bit of weight. Work2- 11 good reps.
    Seated calf raises- Work- 25 painful reps and straight over to my leg press to superset with:
    Standing calf raises- Work-5, drop,7,drop,12+ w/ 15 count hold on partial.
    Dry heaved into the trash can and was totally spent so I had to go light and high reps on:
    Seated leg curls- Work-27+ reps w/ a 10 count hold on last partial.

    46 minutes not including crunches. Really need to allow myself a bit more time because I think I can work a tad harder if I get a bit more rest and air between sets. Hopefully this is doing the heart some good because it is really pegged out at times.

    Yes sir, tren hexahydrobenzylcarbonate, sometimes called tren HHC. Like BG said, most UGLs will simply use tren enanthate .
    TNE/TrNE combo can be a beast. Stay on top of your AI and keep an eye on your BP.

    Agreed! With to heavy of deading also, I have to keep that down to a minimum now that I can press. 2 weeks of heavy deading and my arms are shot. Im going to tone things down to once a month heavy deading and see if that helps my squatting.     With legs I take my time, not to much but I pay attention to my breathing and wait until it almost normal before every set. Once I started this I found I could breathe my heart rate down pretty quickly. All other body parts I crank through.

    It would be hard to brew and I dont think Ive ever seen all the components on powder list to make it. Unless they sell the powder already blended, Im not sure. But I know most ugls just keep to the basic and its their labeling that gets tricky

    So so hard, garden shed greenhouse ect ect. My mum just can't live there now with out him so we were just sorting it out.

    My bad, decline cable flys. I feel they are tightening up my pecs and helping their shape. I have done decline flys alternated with presses with dumbbells in the past - loved it, but my RC won't let me do that now, in fact it's starting to ache just thinking about doing them.

    Mostly sets, thought I'm integrating HIT into my arm work. I'm playing with drop sets and also single arm work so that I can do forced positives processing into negatives to failure. I've also made some progress in dropping my volume a bit by eliminating an exercise or 2 from each muscle group. My problem is I still can't determine when enough is enough - it's a guilt thing, feeling I'm letting my body down by not doing more and more.

    What have I been saying here since day one? Less is more as we age. IMHO it's the trick to maintaining muscle mass and remaining injury free. If you're not training for a power meet there's no need to use max weight for low reps. It's just the road to injury. You know I'm not saying "don't train heavy," just keep it in perspective.

    It's been a tough year fellas, really tough. I was really close to ma father I did a lot for him we talked just about every single day. There is four of us (sons) and it was me he phoned for everything from building to sorting his Tele,computer, lights anything.
    He was not a silly man or lazy he was just not able to do it. Computers was funny he really never had a clue there, he raced pigeons since he was a young boy this was his life hobby there was nothing he never knew about pigeons or the racing.

    Sadly it all caught up with him, he had a thing called pigeon lung, he had it for years but he managed it and still loved his birds he won big big races and also sold them and made some good money. We built so many pigeon huts over the year because it was just not right at the time lol.

    So fast forward years, he was getting older and we all talked about him giving them up so he could have his health. He caught pneumonia a few times and was really bad but got better. Well one night he had it bad my mum phoned the doc who came out and checked him over . He said his chest was just the same as it always is ratly , well as the day went on he got worse and got took to hospital.
    Pneumonia it was and bad he was on oxygen 24/7 and getting worse by the day they managed to sort it and he got home and that was the end of the birds he sold the birds told us to take it down.
    Me and my younger brother did it, my father sat at his bedroom window with his oxygen mask on breaking his heart because he knew it was the end of his birds and him.
    He chanced his health for too long.
    He only lasted a wk in the house as the machine could not give him enough oxygen he needed.
    I went to see him as much as I could after work and my own life was falling apart, He was getting really bad and I got asked by my mother to come up as my other three brothers were there I Just could not see him that way, I said I will write him a letter explaing why me and my girls can not see him like that. I was told to do it now so I did I wrote my heart out to my father and took it to the hospital and gave it to my oldest brother.

    He asked again pls come see dad so we can all be with him I can't I am not seeing my father like that. I went home and lay on my bed breaking my heart I had my wife and my too daughter with me. Then my phone rang it was my youngest brother breaking his Heart he's away Martyn he said I was in bits I asked did you read the letter yes he said he heard your letter then went.

    I am a very personel person and don't like talking about things but I found a great man who has his own demons daily and he takes the time to let me talk to him and he has helped me so so much. If I had one realistic wish that would come true. It would to be to have 5 min with Marcus to shake his had and say thank you very very much you have no idea how much you have helped me . Thank you if your close to the big man you'd know what he goes through on a daily basis and he is always there a true gentleman.

    I really hope my father can see me and be proud because I loved my father very much and miss him badly.

    Did shoulders and traps the day it was a good session,

    Standing db side raises 1 working 1 drop

    Rev db fly 2 sets

    Rev fly 1 working+rp 1 drop

    Seated press 1 working 1 drop

    Machine shrugs 3 sets. Behind back

    Done, simple and effective.
