pre cycle pirme would also be timed when you go into pullback - priming should be around 6 weeks at least.
When you stop the prime and go into your cycle you start the HIT routine.
You stop the cycle once you hit the wall and need a pullback,
rinse and repeat
= monster

Then I guess my confusion lies when performing a pullback for a week, maybe 2, how does that fit into a 6 week prime?
I think I have it figured out but let me see if it makes sense:
Using dates makes it easier for me:
Weeks 1-6 prime
Weeks 1-4 HIT
weeks 5-6 pullback
Weeks 7-12 cycle
Weeks 7-12 HIT
Weeks 13-16 PCT
Weeks 13-14 pullback
Weeks 14-16 HIT
Weeks 17-begin new prime...
Does that make sense?

Def want to try short burst. But that damn volume of pins get me lol.
Was back tonight and killed it.
Actually hitting some PB (well should say I hit these weights before but on cycle of tren ) feels good to hit off cycle.
Standing later pd 3 sets
Bent over smith 1f 2w dd
Seated rows 1f 1w 1d (killed me. Was shaking after the drop)
Low pull hammer 2w dd
High pully burn outs really. Higher rep range
Wide grip pull down 2w 1d
Done.
Second pin tonight of low dose deca adding to my trt dose. Only issue is ugl. Was recommended but have no proof on legitimacy.

Thinking of trying short burst instead of adding in prop on my next blast since I have a phlebotomist to work with me. Just need to get my TRT settled first and make sure my electrolytes are going to stay in range. Hoping to drop the diuretic soon that I was prescribed for heart failure, so my potassium made need to be lowered.

Have let my diet go to sh!t the last couple of days. Eating clean, no processed foods or pork, just been eating too much. Got my food journal.back out and am making copies for the wife to use so it will be easier on her.

Ugh, no bueno. I've noticed the cleaner my diet is the more careful I have to be in regards to eating out/carryout food. Usually steak, chicken, or fish with no salt/no seasoning is fairly safe, but something good like a Philly cheese steak or a loaded pizza really wrecks my guts.
I can occasionally get away with smoked brisket if it isn't salted too heavily.
Hope you get right soon. Lots of water and sometimes plain yogurt does it for me. I took off 2 days b4 yesterday as my quad was a little messed up... Real tight and I waited to see if it turned blue... Nothing as of yet(I know the time frame has passed! Hope your all doing great! I've been super busy and dealing with some BS atm - but things are good!
Yesterday's chest session - shoulder was giving me grief all day prior but pushed through
Flat DB bench
Warm ups
Heavy 8-10 - lost a bit of strength but definitely filling out more
3x 10(120#s or failure first) S/S'd w/dips - 15 or beyond to failure this taxed the hell outta me
One notch up from flat(slight incline press) S/Sd w/more dips - to failure
3x 10(or failure first then drop setting to finishing rep scheme) this killed me lol - 15 or failure whichever first
One notch again incline DB press Heavy as possible(my incline is much stronger)
3x heavy as possible(10 or failure - failure came way b4 so I implemented Drops to get to the rep range)
S/S'd w/cable flys from top(20-25) focusing on squeeze!
CG smith press
3x max reps - again no spot today - so I implemented drop sets to get to 12ish reps - never pressed this much so I was beat
I may not be 'as' strong as I was but I'm definitely shaping and building more dense muscle and thickness! Getting loads of people saying I look much bigger yet my weight has maintained! I'm starting to eat more too, again!
