Suspension goes quick, but I don't know of as accurate half life for TNE.

Edit: He was pinning a ridiculous amount as well. Fvcker is strong as an ox.

Finally a chance to scarf down some calories and.post up my lift. Usually I throw in 2 sets of crunches before legs, but since I got them in on the aborted session earlier in the week, I bypassed them tonight.

Leg extensions- 2 w/u, Work-16+,drop,5+,drop,10 reps with a 10 count hold at extension on last rep.
Jefferson squats- 15 reps w/ left foot forward and 15 reps w/ right foot forward.
Hacks -1 w/u, Work-8-4-2. Slowly bringing the weight back up on these. Will probably stay with this weight for several weeks. I want no more of the quad popping like a rubber band crap.
Reverse hacks- Work-8-4. Stood there for a minute after these and watched the sweat fall to the floor while I lay against my leg press. Very winded but marginally happy.
Leg press- Work-9-4. No need for a feeler set, I knew where I wanted to be on these. May add a quarter/side next time...maybe.
Standing calf raise- Work-14-6-3 and I superset these with:
    Seated calf raises- Work-8,drop,5 - 4+ reps.
    Leg curl- Work-12+,drop,4+.

Extremely wobbly when I got done. 40 minutes not including stripping the machines.

Ugh, what a crappy night. Very busy and my boss is acting like an ostrich about a situation he needs to handle. Pretty much told him I found our conversation and therefore him a waste of time and resources. Believe my last comment to him was something along the lines of "go pound sand" and I know at one point I suggested he go piss up a rope.
Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
Legs are smoked amd fatigued, so I am happy.
3 egg whites and 5 oz. of salmon all scrambled together for breakfast w/ a couple of dashes of Cholula hot sauce.

Ah Jeez, just looked outside. Up by the house there are goats everywhere and one is standing on the picnic table. Pretty sure my boy wants to make a chew toy out of one of them. They probably belong to my neighbor, so am going to try to herd them back his way, then I'm getting horizontal.
Hope everyone has a nice, mellow Sunday.

    What's good HITers?!

Shoulder feeling a bit rough - so did arms locking my shoulder blades and scap in place.... And hit ARMS

    BIS
STEAIGHT BAR CURLS(not going over 10/S/s'd into seated hammers(both to failure then partials into little movement
    3 cycles 6-10/15

Swiss bar hammers(bent over working peak and thickness - drop setted once w/a RP every working set) S/S'd w/incline DB curls
all to failure and beyond - forced reps & negatives nothing vet 8-10 reps unless I dropped
    3cycles

Short straight bar standing cable peaks starting high(squeezing the sh!t outta my arms) 20-25 s/s'd wide grip cable curls
Good sequence with these I was done

    DB Hammer Curls
1w DD partials into big stretch flexing anything I had left
    TRIS

    CG bench Smith
2 warm ups licking out hard(15-20)
    1w DD Heavy
2sets at 15-20 to burn out squeezing tris at lock out

Behind head cable tri ext(heavy and starting from dead stop) s.s'd slight incline skull crushers) s/s'd
3 cycles @ 8-12/10-12 all to and past failure

Seated dips palms facing heavy - s/s'd w/one arm rev tri ext's
7-10 then forced reps - 12-15 stepping in 2x for an avg of 2-3/1-2

Short intense short rest periods and was a good one! Real good MMC going on!

    May have broke my foot

I'm hoping the muscle is just pulled really bad but I do have a bruise and can't put pressure on it. I can touch all around one specific area and move my toes and foot with my hand but I can't touch that bruise.

The worst part is having no idea how I did it. I woke up and couldn't walk on it.

Wee bit of a nightmare the now fellas, ma appetite is dun right in trying to eat is really really bad. When i do eat i can't eat a lot at all this is what happened the last tim a ran tren fvcking nightmare.
Tren does that to me as well, Clarky. Make sure you keep some calories going in, somehow, even if you have to supplement with extra shakes. I generally keep a close eye on my blood glucose (my mother was diabetic) and my values generally range from 82-95 mg/dL, depending if I have eaten recently and the intensity of my activity.
With tren however, I had to add a decent amount of calories or I would be down in the 60-70 mg/dL range very quickly (actually got down in the low 50s at work, once). Tren is a very peculiar, yet fascinating supplement.

Nice lift, too. You're kicking the sh!t out of the weights!

That's very weird because I had virtually the same thing happen before. Foot kept hurting and it got.to the point I had to take the laces out of my work boot, put the boot on, and then lace it.
Went to the radiology place for an X-ray and nothing showed up as broken, but I still wonder if it was a stress fracture or something. I had good circulation, but the instep of my foot was swollen like crazy.
When I went to the Dr., the first thing he said is "Damn, you broke your foot." It kind of baffled him as well. When he got info from radiology, it blew his mind.
Anyway, I ended up icing and elevating it. Don't let it get too severe without having it checked out.

I'm icing it now and taking ibuprofen- hopefully it's not as bad tmrw.

Watching a few bits of 2016 WSM. Laurence Shahlaei talks about having the fire inside. Think he refers to it as "a bit of evilness". Sounds funny coming from him because he's always seems laid back and jolly until the events start. LOL, sh!t hits the fan then.

The worst part is having no idea how I did it. I woke up and couldn't walk on it.

Did you piss off the fiance' yesterday?

    Lol nope

I actually got pissed because mon-fri I don't get to sleep as much as I'd like so I asked her not to wake me up on Sunday. I went to bed at about 7am and she comes in the room at 1pm and asks me if I can watch the baby so she can goto the gym. I said no and went back to sleep and got up around 3:30 and then gave her shit.

She thinks because it's 1pm and she's been up and awake that it should be plenty of rest for me..... It was only 5-6 hours.

Blast has been underway along with some heavy ass training. Will be posting tonight. Up quite a bit of weight already in two weeks. My body is exploding!
