Well clarky, couldn't get back in. Took one look around probably 10 guys doing back ....so I hit shoulders.
Good session.
Seated bb press
Leaning one arm dB laterals
Palms up dB front raise
Reverse hammer press
Rope pulls.
Smith shrugs.
40 min tops.

Negatives 8sec decend to and past failure/ S/S'd w/drop set presses each set
4 cycles to and beyond failure on negs then into drop set presses to failure w/3-5 forced reps heavy
High cable flys out in front s/s'd w/strict floor presses(heavy) failing at 6-8 RP to finish 10reps
4 cycles
Incline cable flys to and past failure then into seated low to high cables s/s'd w/one arm DB presses 10-1 in descending order ---> 1set
4cycles
My body needed this change up - I'm actually responding very well - can't wait to go back to pure HIT after - trying to time it right into a prime then blast

I have to start reducing body fat as a priority. Stinks, but I don't think I'm happy with where i sit in that area. Going to bring me down to ~210, but that's what I need to do to move forward, both physically and mentally.

Hi guys and girls, well just GGR now lol she's a tough one
Back is destroyed from yesterday mega DOMS.
Did chest the night and everyone els in the gym lol.
Incline db fly 1 working + rp 1 drop
Hammer strength press 1 working +rp 1 drop
Slight incling db press 1 working 1 drop
Leaning one arm db fly 2 sets a side **new weight**
Pec dec 1 working DD. **new weight**
Cable fly 1 working 1 drop
Done.
Incline fly i hit higher reps the night and that eas last times new weight so i'll up it next time if i feel ok.
Hammer strength was good it's new in the gym so first time using it. I like it i get a really good squeeze at the top.

I'm not really satisfied to be honest. I'm starting to look thick (in my eyes) but the pictures always make me look small (in my eyes)
I'm going to be changing weekly so I'll post pics up of the progress when I can. I'm not really eating to grow at the moment either. I'm trying to lean out just a tad and after my bday I'll be eating more and more

Palms facing cg pull downs.
Then come to find out the nursery lady had dental surgery and was taking pain killer. So good timing and got my boy out. She is actually really good with the kids. Just bad timing. Should have called out

Working on a shake with coffee and oats. Shot day tomorrow and I'm ready for it. It's taking an unusual amount of restraint to keep from testing into my stash, but I'll hang in there until TRT is sorted. :/

I've accumulated several tons of rip rap when they started running water lines out our way and have given some away to one of the guys at work. Anyway, he knows how much the wife uses a baseball to roll out muscles when I strain them or occasionally tear one. He picked one of these doohickeys up for me @ Academy. Kind of like a large trackball for rolling out the aches and pains. Looks to be pretty handy.

Chest is not that bad so think doms will be in order i think. Think it eill be bi's the night feeling ok and looking forward to it.

Haz your arms/& delts are fvkin nasty! As he mentioned we were talking sh!t lol - so I went and measured 18+(not quite a 1/4 :/) but cold! I'm up over a 1/2" cold as I was 18.5 pumped after prior! Looking forward to seeing you blast your goals Haz - your a big MFer lol! Holding 206-8 but much leaner... Feeling very full too!
On another note my chest is worse today than yesterday(it started seizing up but that's b/c I put 3ml in my pec lol... I don't like pinning pecs b4 my w/o but maybe it's better than after haha
Gonna hit something / I missed posterior chain day(I'm a day behind) and since I can't bring my arms together my upper body may need s rest day

Well, telling my boss to go piss up a rope did absolutely no.good. Another 7 day work week this week. Been buying silver bullion/ silver eagles and small amounts of gold bullion/gold eagles with some of the OT money. I'll post up next time I do. The f-in spot price on both seems to drop within hours of my purchases.
Maybe y'all can get a decent deal.
