Going shopping for some deca today

Its Deca from Am-Tek , I tried their EQ also same thing, must be a allergic reaction. Blows, just ordered some Unigen deca. I have so much gear I tried but couldn't run sitting here, a few bottles of this, some of that. Sucks, every time I try to take something it never works.

My back was brutally sore when I got up but nothing that seems to be damage. Just soreness from hard work. When I woke up this evening the wife rolled my back with the Rumble Roller and rolling pin. Afterward she worked on it with a baseball. Feels much better.
This is good. Hopefully will continue the trend. Chest tomorrow evening and Thursday will be cardio, probably via some yard work.

That's generally the same amount as me. The first shot generally gave me the most sides and any shits afterwards were very tolerable. Man, talk about random "stiffies". I could be in the grocery looking at a carton of eggs, turn around, and catch my junk on the shopping cart. Kind of was embarrassing when you can move the cart without using hands.

Good morning hitters. Had a great back training session today. Taking those couple days off from training for my daughters softball weekend sure did bring me back refreshed. Bummer I have to go back to work today though

I needed one myself yesterday pretty bad... Should try to sleep again after this as I don't have to be in until 12 today...

Oh btw, I have this Brazilian national champion swimmer a free session - and he wants to train 5x wk for at a minimum of 3-4months as well as his friend for another 3x wkly - over 30sessions monthly - I know I need about 45-50sessions a wk but this will help with the 13 other clients I have atm... Things are going good! Couldn't be any happier

yesterday I forgot to take my Iron pill (it needs to be taken with food) so couldnt wake up this morning and when I woke up I was feeling the same way I used to feel so it is the low Iron level that is causing all the sh1t.
