    Haven't trained in a week.

    The schedule change is throwing me a bit.

    I've been working so hard around the house/property and its been mid-80s here...that I feel depleted afterward. That's adding to it, but its mostly the fact that I'm trying to start training when I'm used to winding down.

    Hoping that tonight I can get in there and hit the chest.

    Ok guys a little waffle and also some mentoring to produce motivation back in here and that includes me my arse well.

    I sense the intensity ids going lower in here, may be injures which is guys not taking pullback and not executing the movement correctly me included.
    Guys we got to kick arse and implement what makes you the biggest gains.

    I made 250lbs+ from what everything I preach from the mountain tops, haz the same,bg the same and ag the same size is only produced if you take that muscle to a point were there is that much stress within it it has to dig deep to those fibers and the end result is it doesn't have any alternative to grow.

    Lets top fuking around, pull back and do what we use to, no waffle, no pretend workout, just pure hard core HIT training to suit your way you grow

    NOW STOP FUKING AROUND WITH PLAIN OLD WORKOUTS WITH ESCUSES AND GET DOWN TO SOME SERIOUS LFITING.

    I'm with you, Marcus. I'm getting my damn life in order and I don't want to use it as an excuse. I'm training later tonight and I'm going to get back to the routine and hit HIT straight in the ****ing mouth next week.

    Pullback to emphasize strength and find my level and get my joints/muscles back into it. Then HIT!

    Do you use presses for delts? If so, DB or BB?

    Just back did shoulders and traps good heavy session.

    Warm up and pre ex seated db side raises

    Standind db side raises 1 working DD a side

    Rev db fly 1 working +rp 1 drop

    Cable side raises 1 working 1 drop

    Rev cable fly 1 working 1 drop

    Seated shoulder press 1 working DD

    Shrugs db grip 1 working DD. (Machine)

    Behind back shrugs 1 working DD (machine)

    Done 35min.

    Going to sleep now am pure fvcked.

    I'm eating between 8oz-12oz of meat at each meal. My appetite keeps building so I will be eating more and more after I take some of his fat off

    well boys, I was changing my mindset on training to all out HIT style for the last 4 weeks, and there yesterday for the upper body split I changed things a bit, instead going for straight 1 working set all out to failure after proper stretching and foam rolling, I took the working weight and did 10-12 reps nice and controlled style but not entirely HIT style, this gave a nice "warmup and pre-pump" feeling rather quick and felt really light, and without changing the weights 10-15 sec later I went in and did a working set HIT style of 8-10 reps then ~5sec rest and did 2 more reps with some assistance and controlled brutal negatives... did the same with every exercise (of which I have done too many as Im still adjusting what feels what) so about 10 of them 2 sets each, 1 warmup, and one working set + 2 assisted reps.
    Pump was crazy,my forearms were shot so bad, I got few permanent vein bumps that wont go back in, experience was something of what I had a very long ago, and pain is now creeping in pretty harsh, not something I have experienced before. Im still somewhat swollen on lats, delts, pecs, bis and tris and if pushed against the muscle - this kind of pain is different in some way. I would say its deep from within and not so much from outside touch, where would compare the regular next day high-vol workout DOMS would be more felt trough-out from the surface in...

    PS: tonight, already feeling my arms asking for more rest, I had to drive to the store to pick up an electric toothbrush... although driving wasn't such good idea either.

    I used to be big on dB presses.

    Then switched to seated bb or smith.

    Then I believe it was bio/nach said no presses at all. So I started do that with the ocisoonal reverse hammer press

    Well, my labs.that were run day before yesterday came back somewhat unimpressive. However, the lipid panel was decent.
    The CBC needs work; got to donate blood. Marcus, you know what I mean. RBC, hematocrit, hemoglobin, and RDW (red cell distribution width) are all elevated

    The metabolic panel is worrying me a bit. Going to take some.vacation here in a minute and go back home and do some.research..Hopefully, it is exercise related.
    Probably will need.to talk.to Drs. KelKel and Marcus if they have some spare time.

    Pulling back for another week then starting a heavy blast to grow into a show later this year. It's almost time for some crazy gains in size and strength. Bloods all came back good to go. Can't fvcking wait.

    Delts were fried today.....

    Dumbell press 85's

    Side laterals 45's

    Cable press

    Leaning cable side lateral

    Rope pulls for rear delts

    Smith shrugs superset with alternating dumbell shrugs

    Mixed it up quite a bit to feel out some exercises. Really felt great. Once I start hit I'll be sticking to heavy presses, side laterals, and rope pulls. Using beyond failure techniques.
