Right off the bat I see "Septic Arthritis"; there's a lot out there on it. Mostly affects one joint (mostly large joints) but can affect more.
Different than the arthritis you already have in your shoulders Nach. Your seeing your M.D. tomorrow, that is a good! Sorry bro, one thing after the other.

Legs for me this morning.
Think I need to stick to pre exhausting these.
As I didn't this time and I'm hurting.
Smith squats went too heavy for knee. It's hard not to keep adding weight lol. Stopped at 290. And dd
Vsquat again went up to 4 45s and 25 each side. No drops.
Stiff leg deads kept light 3 sets
Extensions
Lying curls
Seated calves.
Love doing legs and miss it

Legs are getting sore already from today's pounding. Quads especially. Usual stuff:
Extensions - little extra weight this time but still higher reps. These woke me up and got me moving and motivated
Squats - stayed at my normal weight and cranked a solid 15. Last few bumping the racks. Let out a scream at the end to finish. Briefly considered another set but common sense returned.
Verticals: Normally two sets but did an extra one for something different. 12-15 reps, non-lock.
Seated curls: Two sets with drop on last
Calves: Heavy vertical toe press and seated. Did a little extra as feeling small down there.
Look forward to tomorrow morning to see how they feel!

The heat is kicking my ass! By the time I got to deads, I was getting pretty shaky, but still got deads in. I may have to slightly slow down my pace on back and leg days, we'll see. Shop thermometer was reading 89°F and the weather radio was saying 91°F, so either way it's fairly warm.
2 sets of crunches and a decent amount of stretches by arching back kind of like a cat and pushing backwards with my hands and some lat stretching as well.
WG pulldown w/ u'hand grip- 2 w/u, Work- 7 - 3+ - 1+ w/ a slow 10 count hold into a 10 count neg.
Parallel grip pulldown- 1 w/u, Work- 6+ - 3+ - 1+ w/ a slow 10 count hold into a slow 10 count neg. Very painful.
Straightjacket stretches
Tbar rows- 1 w/u, Work1- 4+ reps - 4 reps, drop, 3+ reps. Rest 1 minute. Work2- 5 reps. Pretty much geeked at this point.
Low pulley rows w/ cambered D handle bar- 4+ - 3+ - 1+ w/ 10 count neg on partials
Deads- 1 w/u, Work1-6 reps and was seeing spots. Rest for 1 minute, hit the ammonia, drop a smidge of weight. Work2- 6 more solid reps.
Think it's about time to call the deep tissue massage lady up and let her stomp on my back and call me names.
44 minutes not including stretches and crunches. Will try to slightly slow the pace next time and do a tad more work on deads. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Been away for a while again. Hitting weights a few days a week and still holding my size fine.
Major reason was I took a director position at a hospital. SO changing careers from an educator to hospital admin is a challenge but I'm doing fine.
The real scoop is that I can no longer do legs. <My knees crack and crinkle and hurt often during/after legs> I'm going to see an orthopedist later this year and see what is going on, but I can't do anything that stresses my knees much. Probably all of those years of deadlifting I did. Still doing calves and walking on inclines and will start jogging as a "workout" to keep the mass I currently have. It is a sad and sobering realization, but for my long-term health I have to do this.
Hope everyone here is doing well.

Hey Fellas/& GGR...
Saw the surgeon.... And NO RESTRICTIONS/ALL CLEAR!
So... It was a 'granule'(?) and he had said it's healing from the inside out... So I squeezed the wound and some liquid came out(but it was mostly red) wasn't worried about said this usually happens w/someone whose had as many repairs as you. He asked if it hurt, and I said for once not at all... He cauterized it and said we may need to do this more than once.
So I asked about 'arthritis Sepsis' said doesn't sound like it... I have a certification tomorrow to further my career - just in time!
I want to thank you all! I'd have been lost w/out you guys to vent to... & I really respect you all and am greatful for our friendships!
It's time to get BIG!

Tbar rows superset with assisted pull ups
Back was fried completely. Also started a yoga class once a week to increase flexibility. It's tough lol
