I'm so proud. Not the fact that I hit a new Personal Best, but because I just ate a plate of food that would choke a pig.

I stretch post lift on arms and in between lifts when working my back. Generally stretch shoulders and work RC before chest or shoulders sessions.

Edit: Also, I took Kel's advice and I hit abs before back and also work abs before legs. It gets the core and lower back loose and gets the blood flowing nicely.

RC work is so smart, and so needed. I do a lot of shoulder stretching as well, +stretching biceps helps. I'm prone to medial epicondylitis (golfers elbow) so I do forearm stretches on arm & back days.

I need to do more RC work. I do it once a week but don't do enough shoulder and bicep stretching

Fvvvvvvck, and I hit a deer on the way to work tonight. Fortunately, probably only a few hundred dollars damage unless I can massage out the dent and find some of the plastic retaining clips. Hopefully, the dumbass deer just got an adrenalin rush and didn't run off injured.

Added some udo's digestive enzymes pre all meals and my stomach bloat has gone. Strange because I've not used these since my last serious bulking phase years ago. Feel better and don't look 6 months gone

The dang things are everywhere. I stepped outside @ dusk this evening and there were 11 out in the field feeding on the last of the ryegrass. One thing about it, if the sh!t ever hits the fan and there's a run on groceries, I'm set. We actually have a couple of coveys of quail running around which I'm glad to see. Their numbers dropped like crazy about 25 years ago and haven't been the same since. Loaded with rabbits as well.

Even with the daily serving of plain Chobani yogurt, I still go through spells of using some Enzymedica probiotics/enzymes. Mainly seem to need them when I have a week or two of mainly red meat meals.

I think my GI system is adapting, however there's so much gas in the house, I'm worried when I turn on the stove, the place will explode in a ball of flames.

Hello everybody, hope all is well. This is the push time for me at work, stress is high and is going to be crazy until just past the 4th of July. I had a couple bad issues with my work at the house, took me two days to fix and had to cut through the sides of some nice custom built in desk's, but the drawers will hide the holes Glad everyone's training is going good, Im still crushing it, but right now its just work and sleep for me. Keep grinding.

    Today's w/o

Started with snatch grip deads(these feel so much more natural to me... Wonder if my shoulder or hips like it more?)
    - 8sets pyrmadying up to 405 gettin stronger on these

    Arms

Axil bar curls s/s'd into seated DB hammers
    4x 8-15(failing RP each set) - 15(highest rep I got b4 partials then 6-8 b4 partials to 15)

Swiss bar(hammer grip) bent over bar to forehead s/s'd rope curls(squeezing the hell and rotating rope out
    4x 8-12 RP's into partials /10-12ish RP into partials

Peaks - cable straight bar up high to forehead
    3x 12+

Swiss bar skulls(rotating bar to chin then like a table to flexion)
4x 8-15 falling short of reps each set - nothing left

    Weighted dips
    2x 2plates(12/10) DD plate(15) none(felt like 100lbs) 20ish

cable V bar seated behind head - big stretch stopping dead then exploding up s/s'd w/seated weighted dips(palms down) heavy
    4x 8-12 - 6-10 + RPs

I think I may need to quit letting the wife sort my meds for me. She slipped me a relaxer and and some extra stress relief meds in with my heart meds. She said I needed the rest.
Did manage to salvage part of the day and did some.quality treadmilling. (Sorry, Kel, but I had to).
