I do not do that nonsense, i tell my mrs i love her 100's of x a day and take her out for meals make meals ect ect. I love her to the core and she is the same. So we do not need a day like this to show how much we love each other.

Tomorrow is all cardio. Got my diet dialed back in and seeing changes in last 2 weeks.

LOL, same here. I first thought tren and test cyp and pinned some tren hex/test cyp. When I woke up my brain had decided to go with Deca , so I got out my Deca and NPP. My next Dr. appointment isn't for 6 months, so maybe I'll run tren next time.
Have been gathering groceries and tweaking my diet so I am almost set. I had been looking @ Brian Shaw's website and thinking about grabbing a 6 month subscription, mainly for the mobility videos and of course, to watch the strength event videos. Was debating about spending the $$ and Mrs. AG pushed me to go ahead and go for it.

Reverse single arm tricep extention

Lets get some meat slapped on my body in the next couple of months

Its the tren .
Time off obviously served me well, im just as strong as i was in November despite no training or protein lol.
Its freaky. Thought id be a skeleton after that time off.
But then again i am on testosterone now.... hmmm

Long time since I've been in here. Figured I would open the app and say hello to the old family.
Sorry been so long. Life, work, family. Been out of the game for awhile.
Haven't caught up but see mostly familiar faces and some newbies.
As for me, like I said life work and family been crazy. My boy is growing like. Weed. He's 2.2years now.
Height = size of 4 year old
Weight = 5 year old
Head circumference = adult male lmao.
Everyone is saying football, I hope not but we will see what he does.

What's up cousin muscle. Did I see u changed ur name or was that someone else? If so what was your old one?
I'm trying man. Ever since surgery I haven't been the same. Was hitting the gym when I could, but the pain was still there and got frustrated with that and not being able to do what I wanted.
Lost motivation. Haven't been inside the gym in a few months. Half of the reason is life and it's getting hard. Other half is just motivation at this point.
But I think coming back here will help me get back into it.
