    Warmup cha cha slide plank and pull ups

    Proper Back and biceps today! 20 minute incline treadmill!

    Tomorrow is all cardio. Got my diet dialed back in and seeing changes in last 2 weeks.

    LOL, same here. I first thought tren and test cyp and pinned some tren hex/test cyp. When I woke up my brain had decided to go with Deca , so I got out my Deca and NPP. My next Dr. appointment isn't for 6 months, so maybe I'll run tren next time.
    Have been gathering groceries and tweaking my diet so I am almost set. I had been looking @ Brian Shaw's website and thinking about grabbing a 6 month subscription, mainly for the mobility videos and of course, to watch the strength event videos. Was debating about spending the $$ and Mrs. AG pushed me to go ahead and go for it.
    LOL, she's all anxious because I sent an email to his addy asking about the online content and I got a nice response w/ some details.

    2 nights in a row of stretching and light to moderate calisthenics. Joints are feeling good and the old man aches and pains are easing off. Energy level is up.

    Heavy and my arms were quivering

    Tricep rope pulldowns
    83kg double drop

    French press
    35kg drop 2 sets

    Reverse single arm tricep extention
    2 sets forced negs

    Wide grip curls
    45kg drop

    Close grip curls
    45kg drop

    Concentration curls
    14kg forced negs

    Forearm curls

    Lets get some meat slapped on my body in the next couple of months

    Was a belter. Chest tonight

    Long time since I've been in here. Figured I would open the app and say hello to the old family.

    Sorry been so long. Life, work, family. Been out of the game for awhile.

    Haven't caught up but see mostly familiar faces and some newbies.

    As for me, like I said life work and family been crazy. My boy is growing like. Weed. He's 2.2years now.

    Height = size of 4 year old
    Weight = 5 year old
    Head circumference = adult male lmao.

    Everyone is saying football, I hope not but we will see what he does.

    Need to make it a habit of popping in here again. Miss this thread and the board.

    Hope everyone is great and growing of course

    Wife got an amazing deal. For our 5th wedding anniversary we are going to the Maldives.

    Looking for some advice. Also there's are tons of protest going on right now there. Said 100s of hotel reservations being canceled every day.

    What's up cousin muscle. Did I see u changed ur name or was that someone else? If so what was your old one?

    I'm trying man. Ever since surgery I haven't been the same. Was hitting the gym when I could, but the pain was still there and got frustrated with that and not being able to do what I wanted.

    Lost motivation. Haven't been inside the gym in a few months. Half of the reason is life and it's getting hard. Other half is just motivation at this point.

    But I think coming back here will help me get back into it.

    Not a very old member my previous username was rnsplg. I kept getting told its hard to spell it and that they cant remember it so I changed.

    Was referring to marcus not having been on for a month. But yeah if you stay here you keep thinking of being in shape, start another cycle etc

    Were you by any chance on datbtrues forum (the peptide info forum) before it closed? have this funky memory of having seen your username there
