I’ve not done volume for at lest 3 yrs and I got the biggest but not in every BP b/c my trainer was a Strongman Conpetitor - 315lb dead’s for 30 reps x 5 then stiffs at 225 paused for 10 I gen dead’s on a bumper plate for 20reps at 275-315 negatives 10 count down and right up I think it was the best conditioned I’ve been at 218 and 10% hard as hell he split up posterior chain and quads per leg routine so 2x wkly we were puking no doubt

Well, crap. Maybe I shouldn't have used vacation. Got called into work early. Should get out early in the morning, so will defo get to lift tomorrow night. Things just aren't flowing well right now.

Hello all! Just checking in after being gone a while (been trying to take a break from internet and social media as much as possible). Anywho... got in a solid leg session tonight.
Squats: warm up, then 405x8, 405x5, 425x3, 345x10, 315x5, 225x10 super slow reps to end it out. Then hit calves and some ab work. Feels good!

Morning all! Looking forward to shoulders/tris session tonight. That plus 20-30 minutes on the tread climber. I finally came out of denial a couple months ago and decided it was time to admit that my “bulk” that had started two years ago and never stopped could no longer be called a bulk. Was just getting fat ..lol! Picked up a ton of strength in the last few years though with my bench finally passing 400. So far I’m refusing to let myself drop in strength though, so no matter what the fuckin weight is going up once I pick it up! I’m down from 220lbs to 205 right now and my wife says she’s happy I’m looking more like a bodybuilder again and less like a power lifter

Almost my bedtime. Just finished off a vial of Serostim yesterday, still have most of the kit left, but decided to tear into one of these 60 iu Saizen Ezypod cartridges and just took my TRT shot as well.

First time I've seen Graham Hicks training in a while, but I may have missed it. He's a stout fvcker and aerospace engineer to boot. Pretty cool seeing Brian Shaw doing his thing and making the rounds to train with a good many of the strength athletes. One thing about Shaw, if someone asks him a question, he stops and takes the time to give them an answer.
Not exactly an HIT video, but pretty dang intense in my book.

So usually after a chest session I’m done/killer pain in my shoulder although I rarely pressed and not heavy at all did some tris to finish em off but I’ll have to wait unless I do legs today but I’m tired tbh and won’t get off work till later but we’ll see

No lift today. Bad bug just won’t go away. I’m afraid if I lift hard I’ll end up tanked for sure. Going to live vicariously through the forum until I get into the gym. Hoping tomorrow is the magic day.

Got legs in yesterday. Went well and was able to bump the weight up again in squats with no issues and was able to add vertical pressing back in with permission of the therapist. Took it real easy on these and kept the reps high (20's) to reacclimate and make sure my hams hold up.
Saw the PT again today and he said two more weeks is all for therapy and then I'm done. Said to start back on normal seated leg curls as well (eccentric and concentric) just light and higher reps. So, some good news for now. Subject to change at the next workout.

Felt good to be actively lifting! 27°, so not too bad for lifting.
Crunches-150
Leg extensions - 2 w/u, Work- 25+,rest pause, 7+ w/ slow 10 count hold on partials.
Hack squats - 2 w/u, Work- 11, drop, 6.
Reverse hacks - 1 w/u, Work- 12
Leg press - 1 w/u, Work 1- ( feet wide) - 12 reps. Drop some weight. Work 2 - (feet narrow) - 11.
Standing calf raises w/ double pump at the top- Work 1- 12, rest pause, 6. Drop some weight.
Work 2- 12
Seated leg curls - Work- 14+ reps w/ a 10 count hold on the partial rep.
