Not posted for a few days. Life is a bit crazy but got back at training again. Signed up for a handstand walk course. Yeah, sure you wonder why the f*%k would you do that? It's part of competitions to be able to walk 50ft or so I just have to learn it.
Handstand Walk Course - Week 1, Session 2

Only averaged 3-4 hours sleep/night this week. Today is my last day on second shift. I go to day shift tomorrow to finish out the next couple of weeks.

Good evening from a second monsoon South India. After it's been raining straight for a few months, it is easy to forget that there is soon to be a dry period. Got another 3-months for that one to arrive but I am longing for it.
Worked chest today. Had an incident (feel like it is standard something happens, but I do not always write it down here) where the guy who looks after the building thought we made to much noise dropping weights on the floor. Walked straight into the gym and interrupted my lift with 48kg dumbbells. I got up in his face told him to f%&k off which turned out to be unnecessary as two other guys, speaking the local language, quickly escorted this dude out in a somewhat harsh way. What a fu&*%king place I live.
You know how we say America is the greatest country on the planet. That is not just a saying, it is a fact, and it is the people in it that make it that way. Living overseas for so many years now it is something that rings more and truer. Can not wait for the day we are back home. It will happen!!!Last edited by tarmyg; 09-14-2018 at 06:39 AM.

Back day today. Twas a good one.
Close grip pulldowns: 3 sets 10 ish reps
Incline Smith Rows: 3 sets 6-8 reps. Pretty heavy on these today.
T-Bar Rows (old fashioned): 3 sets 8-10 reps
D-grip shoulder width pulldowns: 3 sets 10-12
Behind the back shrugs: 4 sets 15 ish reps. Liking these again lately.
Anyway, good day. Will feel this tomorrow.

Quick update
Hsd to have some injections into my bursa and manipulation of my shoulder socket, went ok i think. ROM is better but still got pain.
A few other issues i don't want to explain while on my phone.
On holiday now just doing some walking and you guessed I've turned the intensity up but my groin hurts now lol lol lol beautiful views though

Cardio yesterday, which consisted for many trips up and down a 21' extension ladder or 12' A-frame ladder to clean out gutters.
No real bad weather from the storm yet. Just gusts of wind/somewhat breezy and light bands of bands of rain. Happy Monday everyone,
Rough day here. A lot of personal stuff going on that is incredibly difficult to deal with but we are working through it, one day at a time.
Did my handstand walk practice and then worked back after that. The back session was really half-hearted at best. Just one of those days I guess.
Having a problem going beyond 200 lbs which I am stuck at right now. Gained a reasonable amount of fat but I just do not want to take any chances that I might lose out on some muscle this time around so eating everything in sight. Problem is, I am not hungry anymore and I can not even force feed myself. Start an olive oil run tomorrow to increase my calories. Fat can be removed later but muscle not gained will require a lot more work.

Dr told me to reduce total cal to 1000 on non workout days / 1200 on workout days. Said I need to do that to burn fat. I’m tweaking my meals, removing snacks. So sad. So sad.
