181/2.54=71.259", so call it 71.26". You're just a shade over 5'11-1/4, or as Cape posted, 5'11-17/64".. Probably are 6' first thing in the morning before you're up on your feet for a while.
Thought you looked about the same height as me, but I was using the hack machine for reference.
Just for sh!ts and grins, there are 2.54 cm in 1".Last edited by almostgone; 10-04-2018 at 11:19 AM. Reason: Misquoted Cape....

Interesting about the centimeter to ft in conversion on Google. It screws with everyone's head. Google converts exactly what you ask it too. Take my height in cm, 173 cm, and convert that to ft on Google. They go to 5ft but forget to make the rest into inches and therefore creating weird conversions that create a lot of confusion.

Back was being a b!tch this morning so I decided to lift later. No wonder my back was hurting. I had 2 ribs out of position. Massage lady was working on my back and both of them dropped back in place. Much better!!!

Sure thing, buddy! She is good at what she does!
Definitely hope we can get together one day now that we are much closer geographically.
The ribs being out of place I think came from all of the grunt work of loading up my stuff and helping others load up their stuff. The last day I worked, I bought a double door Lista cabinet with roll out drawers for $60. It is a $2k cabinet new and weighs around 500 lb. I unloaded it by myself and I think I felt one shift out of position then? There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Happy Sunday from Bangalore. Finally a day with some sun here. The monsoon has been pretty brutal thus far so this break is needed. Daughter off school for a couple of weeks so schedule is a bit different.
Worked arms at the gym this am and decided to clean up the diet a tad. Not gaining anymore weight anyways so no point in going crazy and fat is already at unacceptable levels.

Looks pleasant enough right now. How much rainfall does a typical monsoon season bring, Tarmyg? They must be pretty heavy because I've had packs of BP meds delayed due to the monsoons.

Going to work in the shop some today and see if I can restore some order. Place is a f-in mess right now which irks me and messes up my lifting.

We get about 40"-50" between June through September/October. The rains are not the problem. There used to be 51 lakes in 1985 here, but due to the insane corruption here we are down to 17 lakes and they built housing over the rest of them. Fair to say flooding is crazy and Bangalore is not remotely close to the worst place. Each year people complain, and they keep building. I'm not living here forever but seeing your natural environment destroyed is not a pretty sight.
Ok, ranted a bit there.

Good morning,
First day back after what I would say has been about 1 to 1 1/2 month of half-assed training. Lot of family stuff that is kind of resolved but could easily slip back into what it was.
