    Lower back and legs are smoked.

    Hit sqauts this morning. Easing back into so I don't fvck this up.

    Crunches- 115
    Leg extensions @ moderate weight w/ sleeves on for 50-ish reps
    Deads - 1 light set of 20 at a slow rep speed

    Squats:
    Dry bar - 1x20
    Plate/side - 1 x 20
    2 plates/ side - 1 x 20
    3 plates/ side - 1 x 20

    Decided to call it there since I've been a little off track.
    42 minutes.

    Think I may do an upper/ mid back session next and let the lower back rest.

    Little update.

    Had my second knee gel shot on Tuesday. Again, painless which fascinates me. It's definitely feeling better.
    Still on my TB-500 and BPC-157 protocol which is no doubt helping my knee and infraspinatus tendon tear. Pain on normal movement is pretty much gone and I only feel a minor bit of discomfort on one of the rehab movements. So, things are looking up. Doc said I could go back to light workouts just don't do anything that hurts, duh.

    Still doing my 20 minutes cardio about 5 days per week as well as hamstring stretching. The hams are noticibly looser. I'm shocked that it's actually working for me as I never thought they'd loosen up.

    Almost forgot, went to my GP for a blood work review (he uses my Uro's blood work for this) yesterday and all went great. BP 120-80 and pulse 54. Not too shabby for an old fart. Everything else pretty much in line and he was quite happy about it.

    Just scheduled my 3rd corticosteroid injection for my back for Jan 14. Really hopeful this one does the trick because insurance only allows for 3 in a 12 month period.

    Would have to then either wait to Aug/Sept for the next or further explore surgical options.

    Great training sessions this week. Feeling full and strong. Taking the next 2 days off then back at it, legs/abs next.

    Vicious chest session yesterday. Felt strong and full. Maybe no cardio since 12/23 had something to do with it.

    Decline, flat bench, db flys and cable flys: warm ups, feel, working and heavy. Drop sets on decline and cable flys. Ended with push ups, then cardio.

    Headed in for back in a bit. Waiting for the cleaning lady and need to get some breakfast going.

    Been taking a few days off. 2019 is going to be pretty insane at work. Worked all day yesterday even though I was supposed to be on vaca.

    Going to see Creed 2 with the kid today. Poker night tonight with neighbors and pit bbq tomorrow. Bbq in December, pretty awesome right? My buddy just got a new smoker for xmas and wants to put it to work.

    Little injury update:

    Shoulder feeling much better. Still haven't tested it though other than rehab movements. But moving it around in normal circumstances I don't even notice it anymore which is great. We'll see later this week how it does under a little stress.

    Knee is feeling much better as well. Third gel shot will be Thursday and hopefully I'm green lighted for light leg work again as well.

    No doubt the low dose deca , BPC-157, TB-500 and Tumeric are helping.

    I also really liked the close grip handle he chose on pulldowns at the beginning? I have the generic v-shaped chinning handle/low row/Tbar row handle, but the one used in the video looked more versatile.

    That sounds promising! Figure I'm going to get going here with the new year. Believe I've got the stomach situation under control now. I thought it was a stomach bug, but I think it may be a side effect of some OTC medicine.
