Never have got decent roasted turkey at a restaurant...always waaaay overdone and horrendously spiced/overseaoned?
Mrs AG will probably be with her family most of Thanksgiving Day. I'm going to throw a turkey breast in the pressure steamer and put it on autopilot while I tinker around. Probably will make a brief appearance to harass the sister in law and her daughter; quite possibly tell the sister in law's semi-boy friend to grow a set of testicles and then go fvck himself. Gotta spread the holiday cheer.
I'm supposed to be off for 10 days at Christmas, don't think I've ever had that before, so I plan to crank up the smoker then. Load it up with 2 turkeys and let those wondrous carcinogens do their magic!!
I generally turn into Homer Simpson when it comes to smoked turkey, brisket, etc. If I'm not eating, I'm muttering "can't talk...eating".There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

I hear you. I think I'm pretty much the last of the Mohicans as far as my family, but Mrs. AG has too many family members. I'm pretty close to a few of them...the others not so much.
They tend to be very pacifist and for some reason think they have to project their views on me. Honestly not sure why, I've never given them reason to. I just stare them in the eyes and keep the mental images to myself. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Probably wise, particularly with all the sharp utensils around for Thanksgiving!

Good morning from Bangalore,
Starting to get into the groove of things. I like routines so we are starting to have a new one and that works for me. I get up at 5am, drink a shake I made the night before. Hit the gym around 5.20 or 5.30 and I am running a 5-day split. Going to have to modify how I eat as I used to eat for CrossFit and this is way less intense than I am used to. Not burning as many calories as I used to. Back home around 6.30 and make my wife coffee (survival instinct here) and fix everything up to take my daughter to school. We are are all out the door at 7.40 and that's it. Hit work around 8.45 and home around 6-6.15pm. Going to see if I can find a place to do my Olympic lifting around here because I absolutely love that and even if I can not do all the crazy workouts I used to I would not want to lose that part. We shall see. All in all, I'm doing what I can with the time I have at the moment and that is all I can do.
I did have this discussion with a CEO of a bigger company around here and I asked him about time management. He said there is always time, it's a matter of how you prioritize it. I agree to an extent as I could just say fuck it, and spend zero time with my family but what asshole would do that is my question? Anyways, I guess I am making a choice but I feel Ok with the one I have currently made.

BTW down 9 in 6 weeks and within 11 lbs of my lowest low. Decided to continue cutting without training. Get to the finish line, add calories and build back strength.
Feeling good about plan.

Lost a lot of water but still ok size wise will just keep eating healthy and should be good to go soon.

This approach is so different then any other...I feel body cleansing from inside. I have no response to unhealthy food. The author is PhD in cognitive brain studies and response sugar and flour of all kinds have on neurotransmitters.
Not caving into signals, including hunger, requires average of 66 days. We have no will power until hard wire transmitters to respond differently. Just what you said in 5 words.

Got word this morning that I'll be in San Francisco for 3-weeks starting December 3rd. Super excited. My wife and daughter already had travel plans for December to be in Texas for one week and Upstate NY one week. Will be nice to be back in the New World for a few weeks. Going to enjoy every minute of it.
Workout this morning was chest and I am essentially running Marcus HIT protocol and it seems to be working as my muscles are completely fried afterwards. Workout this morning was done in 35-minutes.

Chest and ear infection. 6 days straight working and then onto a plane to a car show. I was run down totally. Lifes changed a lot lately. Lost a job and back to stocking shelves in a friends shop so the stress of it all knocked me down.
Thank you ggr.

It's been a few years since I ran any GHRH/GHRP's but I remember at the end of the run being very lean and looking very good!
It says mk 677 has yet to receive FDA approval, so ... I'm assuming it's still available?
It seems to be comparable to ghrp's? Has that been your experience kel?
Man I've forgotten a lot about that stuff I'll have to relearn it all again!
